Topcashback only wants to deal with customers with the app. Their response always uses their internal jargon which means nothing to the customer. 5 months and no cash back.

Hello TopCashback... really enjoy using this site when purchasing any items online. It is always a fun surprise seeing how much money has accrued with getting cashback from online businesses associated with TopCashback. I have only been disappointed once in the cashback reduction due to the form that Shein offers with cashback. Additionally... any issue I have had with receiving cashback TopCashback employees have helped resolve. Have shared Cashback with other friends and family and definitely speak highly of the benefits this site offers. Thank you again!

I tried this site for the first time, made a purchase using their referral code,,. I did not see the transaction after a week of my purchase, I Contacts the customer service, lengthy emails exchange began… Only to be told 5 months later that they could not track my purchase… stay away… don't waste your time. So glad my rebate was only for $10, lesson learned.

From the cash back for shopping at my favorite stores to being chosen as a random winner on one of their surveys, TopCashBack really is shelling out the greenbacks!

Spent a thousand on smartphone cashback pending over 9+ months! DO NOT believe what they advertise or how high percentage of cashback cause THEY DON'T PAY ANYWAY! Stop being fake telling me to contact you and say you are sorry there are nothing you can do!

Thus far, I've earned over $1000 in cashback from online purchases that I wouldn't have otherwise gained. To top it all off, they frequently host bonus cashback weekends, sweepstakes, raffles, and a fun hide and seek game with Harry the Hummingbird that can net you some free coinage. Weather you shop online every day or once in a great while, TopCashBack is just right for you!

I am owed over $100 from this company. I have numerous pictures of how sales track and they blame retailer and refuse to honor the large percentage of cash back that they advertise. I have over 5 instances where they still haven't honored (with documented proof) yet the claim is still open. Two are over 6 months. This company frequently advertises great cash back offers, yet has horrible systems and doesn't support their customers. Their customer service is pathetic and just send you generic responses that they are still waiting to hear back from retailer, even after 6 months. Never have this problem with other cash back sites. Stay away from this scam of a company.

Sometimes cashback are missed, but customer service is great and they are always on top of my case and help to track it down. Most of the time, I get the missing cashback back. One or two times, when the merchant declined the cashback for no reason, TopCashback was willing to compensate from their own pocket. This is the kind of customer service I'm looking for and i will keep using this site for all my purchases.

Send me an email saying spend $10 will get $5 back, clicked the offer button from email, a green arrow check mark confirm my eligibility. Made over $15 purchase. Now Topcashback refuse to give $5.

If sounds too good to be true, usually it is.
