Topcashback is a great place to go through shopping portals and in my experience has been one of the highest paying places for these services. Good customer service who reaches out and follows up with you. I would recommend them.
I have registered a TopCashback account for more than 2 years, and their rebates are also very good. After I accumulated a certain amount of cashback, I wanted to withdraw it two days ago, but I forgot the password protected password. I immediately contacted TopCashback and they replied to me to solve me The speed of the question is very fast, this is unexpected for me, it is very good!
I ordered contacts on ContactsDirect and used TC for the order since their rates were so favorable! (15% at the time).
When I processed my order, I quickly cancelled and made a new order DURING THE SAME SESSION. After no cashback posting to my account, I quickly filed a missing cashback claim.
After 5 months and no reply, lots of 'nudges' to their customer service team (they must have been hoping I would forget), I finally received a rejected cashback claim with a reply saying my second purchase was not counted even though it was in the same session…
I will never ever use this piss poor group again. They are obviously pocketing cash back from people on bs like this. Get bent TC.
TopCashback is good with its words, and Dominique at its promotion dept is especially credible. They worked hard and credited me back with cashback originally declined by DIRECTV Stream.

Signed up this week & did the deal with Lowes where you make a purchase of at least $15 & get $15 back. Pickup my order this week and try to login to check account and I can't even login.
Finally get reply with them saying I have another account. Nope, sure don't. They deleted my account now.
I see from other reviews this is common. Take it they do this so they don't have to pay out what they advertised.
I let my friends on IG know & to start filing reports also if this is happening to them since I had posted on my IG the refer a friend program.
I signed up after seeing it on Krazy Coupon Lady.
I will also file a report with the attorney general's, BBB, & FBI internet crime.

I purchased appliances through a link for Lowe's. The cashback showed as 'pending' for weeks. I would check every 10 days or so to see if it had gone through yet.
Recently checked it and the pending was gone. In fact the entire sale was deleted from my history! I contacted the site and was told they have no record of me using their site, the purchase or clicking on the link for Lowes. I have terminated my membership. Totally disgusted.

Apparently, it was a mistake by cashback evaluation on the account of my wife and I tried to clarify this mater through Facebook.
I have been contacted by Dominique with an offer to assist. He actually handle this matter fast with Quality Team and the issue was solved
I have almost $50. When I tried to transfer it to my paypal account, they closed my topcashback account. I email them many times but they were rude and said that my account is closed and will remain closed period. I am happy with Rakuten and will never go back to Downcashback.

I have been using this website for years. Although I do get cashback at times, there have been many times where I have been denied cashback. There are way too many restrictions when purchasing. There are other sites I use where I get cashback almost immediately (or at least within a few days). This website oftentimes does not even track let alone give me my cashback. I oftentimes have to weigh out the higher cashback this website oftentimes offers but doesn't always give vs. another cashback website which may offer less but at least I know I will get my cashback.

I purchase online often. I have used other cashback and rewards site and decided to give topcashback a try. I had a referral code good for $30 after an initial purchase. Yay! That was enticement enough from me. My initial thought was that the interface is a bit cumbersome, but user friendly enough. I made my first purchase and checked back to see if credit was given. No credit. I waited the 7 days required before submitting a claim. The claim process was easy, but I was a little shocked when it said that it could take more than a month to resolve. OK- no big deal, probably a glitch with that retailer. I decided to make another purchase to see if I want to make this my preferred cash back site. Low and behold, no credit. Again, I wait the required 7 days and submit a claim. I go back to review both claims, the first one says they are waiting on the retailer and it could take 12-16 weeks. The most recent one says it is "on ice" saying the retailer has a 60 day waiting period. What? No other cashback/rewards site has waits of this long for credit. My guess is that it is a way to not pay out the referral credit (or any credit for that matter). Conclusion of my experience. I will stick with the other sites I have used previously until improvements are made. Great concept, poor execution.

Once again they went up and beyond expectations.
In short, Walmart denied my 2% rebate because they sent me a broken item. Tgey decided to do the replacement with a 2nd order that they didnt bill. So, $0 on the first one because it was returned. And $0 on tge 2nd because it was never billed.
Topcashback folks battled Walmart 3 times. Walmart held to $0, even on an expensive purchase where i followed all their rules.
Topcashback has just paid me the $8 (that Walmart should have paid) out of their own pockets.

I bought some liquor at Total Wine & More, going through TopCashBack, in early March. 6 months later, after multiple back and forths, see this absolute disgrace of an answer TCB gave to get out of paying me: Sep 03 2023 Hi there, Unfortunately in this case the retailer has awarded the commission (cashback) for your sale to another affiliate. These other affiliates can include rival cashback portals, comparison sites or even a simple click on a Google ad. This has resulted in the tracking cookie not linking back to TopCashback. We are not denying that you clicked-through to make the purchase from your TopCashback account, but certain aspects can have a negative effect on your transaction tracking and TopCashback not being recognized as the 'last referrer' of the sale. Reasons for a retailer making this decision can include: -If your computer cookies were not cleared before making a transaction -Another website, cashback portal, pop-up advertisement, search engine or comparison site may have linked to your transaction -Coupon codes which are not advertised by TopCashback. -Using ad-blockers on your browser These are only suggestions, however, as the retailer does not advise us which of these is applicable in your particular case.
