I purchased some plants in 2019. I chose to have the plants delivered in April since I ordered it for my US home and we live in Canada. It is in Washington state. They shipped in December while it was snowing and we were not there. When I got an email that they shipped my product and I emailed them back asking why, when I asked them to ship in April. It is snowing. They didn't reply to my email. I called the CS and they told me that they will send me another shipment. That they never did.
I made a mistake recently regarding an earlier special that the Tennessee Nursery was running. Candy was a big help in helping me resolve my issue. This was a great example of customer service.

Everything we have ordered over the past 2 years is still thriving and growing strong! Whether plants, trees or shrubs, all specimens were shipped in great packaging allowing them to arrive ready to plant. Great prices and a wide variety of options to choose from. Ordered 120 sedge plants for $365, received box 12 x 10 x 8 of plugs so small you could count the blades. Expectation was 3" - 4" size that other nurseries had. Chose because I like to buy tennessee local.
Difficult getting complaint through to main office. Call center contracted to other site. Said they would resolve. Shipping manager called again to say wanted to get it right. Nothing done.

After seeing the pitiful dogwood trees at the local big box stores, I found this nursery in my childhood state of Tennessee. I ordered a pink and a white dogwood tree. It took a while to receive them but well worth it. Although dormant, the trunks and branches were healthy and very sturdy. I also like the cool innovation of gel on roots to retain moisture until ready to plant. Can't wait to see these in a year or two.

This is my first time ordering with you, but I'm impressed with you, especially your customer service rep. Tina! I had placed my order and realized that I wanted to add to my order. She was kind and responsive to my desire. She added to my order and quickly sent a confirmation to show the change. When the bare roots arrived they were both packaged well and looked healthy. The plants looked good, I ordered them in October. I received them at the end of November. A sooner delivery on my plants would have been better

I've ordered 3 trees so far. 2 two foot trees and on 4 foot tree. 2 of them are doing well. I had one die in the summer/fall heat. I submitted a request for a replacement on Thanksgiving day and to my surprise, received prompt responses within an hour. A replacement is due to ship this spring. It was a pleasant experience.

Everything I've received from here have been great - ordered moss, spiraea, hydrangea, wisteria and viburnum. Everything was packaged well and arrived quickly, and they are all thriving. Will definitely be ordering more plants in the future!
