I placed an order with T-Mart about a month ago and still haven't received my merchandise. I complained via web chat and was advised that when choosing the free shipping option, it takes 30-45 days to ship. Ridiculous! On top of this, I discovered an unauthorized charge on my bank account for $84.38. After filing a complaint for fraud, my bank advised that the charge was from a Canadian gas station called "ESSO" and the transaction was entered manually at the pump. I have NOT used my bank card for any transactions online other than paying bills through my bank... Coincidence? DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE... THEY ARE THIEFS!

Tmart is a company of theifs, it is a fraud. The tmart customer service are liars they come online to harass the customers who post negative reviews, as you can see here on this website and other websites.
I did not receive the cell phone parts that i ordered from tmart.com. It was suppose to be delivered from USA. And after 15 days Tmart told me that they deliver it from China only. Then Tmart refused to cancel my order and refund my money.

Fraud, Scammers, I ordered an item from Tmart.com, it was supposed to be shipped from USA in 2-3 days, but 10 days after they took my money I did not receive my item, I contacted Tmart customer service who were rude and fed me lies all they said is sorry, without refunding my money and after 20 days of emails I found out that their website is a scam, the item will be shipped from Hong Kong. Not from USA as it was stated on Tmart.com website and it is out of stock. This company should be prosecuted.

Here I am another victime of Tmart.com. Sorry guys I did not beleive all the negative reviews about Tmart first untill it happen to me what happened to other customers here. Tmart did not deliver my order and refused to refund my money, but my bank did refund my money.
Now I beleive all the negative reviews and sure I am not stupid to be beleive Tmart employees who are acting as customers and trying to contradict our experiences by writing positive reviews, this is a fraud.

Tmart is a fraud based on dishonesty. I placed an order but i did not receive it. I wasted my time by writting them emails that they didnt answer it They charged my credit card and they refuse to give me a credit back. Then finaly they said wait untill you receive your items then send it back and when we receive it we credit you, I waited 40 days and i did not receive my order, then i contacted my credit card who refunded my money, it was a headache. I will not use tmart any more and I do not recommend it.

They are located in China, won't ship your products to you, then won't refund your money.

Don't even bother to go through their refund process. The only way to get your money back is to dispute it with your credit card company. They want you to use PayPal because PayPal normally sides with the merchant.

They have now used domain privacy so you can't tell who owns the company, and have switched their nameservers, so you can't tell they are in China, but they are. If they are that sneaky and deceptive on their website, what do you think they will do with your money?

TMART.COM ARE SCAMMERS AND A FRAUD! Stay away!
