I buy the brushes from Tmart. These brushes are really great. They are truly beautiful and I love the handles. The brushes are nice and soft. This set has great assortment to choose from when applying your makeup. I haven't experienced any shedding despite the heavy use and the brushes don't leave my face feeling itchy at all.

What I like about Tmart is that they have many awesome products for very good prices and they have worldwide free shipping. There is something for everyone.

The total charge time for this metal & plastic device is approximately 35 minutes and flight time is 5 to 7minutes while the IR Remote control distance 8-10m. Now the camera resolution supports 640x 480 pixels and video format is AVI and it also comes with a 512MB SD card memory. The package includes a spare tail propeller, SD card reader, spare rotor blades. Everything is explained in full detail in the handy user manual. I have bought this helicopter from Tmart.com and it works great for me.

I ordered an inexpensive item about two months ago. The cost came off of my credit card immediately. After three weeks I notified them I hadn't received it. They told me to wait for 45 days because it was coming from Asia. It is now about 60 days and I con't hear from them when I write them. Big rip-off.

Update: I finally went on their live chat when I didn't get an email reply. It took her about five minutes to find my file but she did come up with it. Since I didn't want to wait another 45 days, I asked for a refund. It was credited to my account within a couple of days. So, in my experience, they are not scammers -- just inefficient at times. Next time I will get a tracking number.

Don't EVER buy anything from this company! They are the most unprofessional people and they don't give a f*** about you! The moment they have received your money, they will start treating you like s*** and when you contact their support, you will speak to a bunch of kids, who can't do ANYTHING right, they just follow a procedure, which will result in them given you answers to your questions, which has nothing to do with your question (Like speaking to a stupid robot)

I also was a member of their drop ship program and sold their products on eBay, until one day Paypal permanently closed my Paypal account, because they said I was selling counterfeit products.

So now I no longer have a Paypal account thanks to Tmart.

So not only did they screw me over like a million times and made my life a living hell, every time I was forced to speak to their incompetent customer support, but they also got my Paypal account closed, because they sell counterfeit products.

Wish I had 0 stars to rate this. Ordered some iPhone cases and screen protectors from them as they advertised very decent prices. On the website, they stated worldwide shipping (from HK) would take 3-15 working days. 15 working days has passed - and my order hasn't arrived. Emailed them - and they responded by saying that it could take up to 45 days. That's an EXTRA MONTH. Nowhere on their website did they mention this ridiculous shipping time. In all their email responses, they keep telling me to be patient and understanding. NO, TMART. YOU should be the one who should be understanding of your customer's concerns. And YOU should MOST DEFINITELY not FALSELY ADVERTISE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES! My new phone has arrived and has no case to protect it. If it were to be accidentally dropped, TMART WILL YOU PAY FOR DAMAGES?

Asked for a refund as well - but can't get 100% back for god knows why.

Buyers, please read reviews before purchasing from this site. From the looks of it, 1 of 10 users will get lucky and receive their items, but most likely, you will be part of the remaining 90% who will have their time AND money wasted on this atrocity of a company.

BEWARE SCAMMERS! THEY WILL TRY TO STEAL YOUR IDENTITY! I tried to order from them twice and both times they asked me to send a scan of my card, photo ID, and utility bill. After I sent it to them they cancelled my order anyway. I am going to keep a close eye on my credit card bill. Pretty sure they are thieves and just want to get peoples information. There is no good reason for them to cancel my orders. Especially after I confirmed my identity by sending them all those things to verify. They had asked for a scan of my passport as well but I don't have one.

I ordered 2 toy helicopters for my kids from tmart and they only sent 1 (the other helicopter must be in the hands of the owner of tmart) and it was so poorly packaged that it arrived damaged. I started a claim with them and they have asked me 5 times what happened (I just explained to them exactly what you are reading here, it´s very clear), they are just waiting for me to get tired or forget about it.
I decided to warn others of the way they do bussines.

If there is zero star option that would be my choice. This is a total scam. Buyers be aware... they don't ship your order but send you invalid tracking numbers. When you ask why you can't track it they tell you the site is under maintenance. As far that is concerned the darn thing has been "under maintenance" for weeks on time. My order was placed month ago, still can't track it, they tell me to be patient and wait for another 45 days. Customer service people are pathological liars.

I placed an order on Sept. 14,2013. I purchased $95.00 worth of merhandise and only received half of my order. As of Oct. 28,2013, I still have not received the other half of my order. I have been extremely disappointed with T-mart's customer service. All they have told me is to be "patient." When I complained to Paypal about this transaction, T-mart told Paypal that they didn't believe that I didn't receive the other half of my order. I am wanting to warn other people to stay away from T-mart! They will take your money and not send you your merchandise!

They are really Scammers!. They always send your purchase partially. Then they say they will send the missing item as soon as posible. They never do it and when you want to enter your account in its site, it does not work. They copy down your IP adress or so. Sons of a witch.

I ordered a pen at my home where I have lived for 27 years. Per their response, they sent it to the wrong zip, and now want me to pay an additional $3 to reship. I'm not that stupid. However, for the purpose of a lifetime of amusement, I would love to hear their explanation of why customers should be held responsible for the company's mistakes (presuming the whole story isn't bogus from the start). If the explanation is any good, maybe I could use it to get someone else to pay for my parking tickets. Parking tickets cost more than $100 in NYC.
