I wish I'd read the reviews *before* purchasing. I normally do, but foolishly, this time didn't. More fool me. This site is a load of brown stuff - forget about any positive reviews - there is nothing positive about Tsmart. Save your time and money and buy elsewhere, but remember to check the site's reviews before parting with your cash.
I ordered an Android tablet and a few other items from them. All but ht etablet shipped form New Jersey. Tablet was from Hong Kong. All items from stateside arrived, though by the most circuitous route possible, Fedex'd from N. J. to Atlanta, Ga. USPS from Atlanta to Dothan, Alabama. That took five days, when straight Fedex would be two, USPS would have been three. Now, 45 days later and after multiple 'live chats' where they told me it could take up to 45 days for shipping form Hong Kong, still no $71.99 tablet. Today's live chat says I must wait 2 more days, then they will reship or refund. I have used cheap printed circuit board producer on mainland China that ship product form scratch within 3 weeks...
HORRID, HORRID, HORRID... Worst company in my 57 years of life. DO NOT USE THEM IF THE PRODUCT IS SHIPPING FROM CHINA
I ordered a tablets vase over 2 months ago they r not returning my money back. They are fraud dont trust them bunch of crooks we spend 7 dollars but be ware of tgese guise dont buy anything off them rated 0 out of 1mill

Tmart.com is a fraud. Bunch of thieves and idiots are running this fraudulent business. They steal your money and give you is false promises. Stay away and don't try it.

I'm really sorry for all of you guys. I only wanted to let people know, that you can have good experience with Tmart as well. That's all. It was my first time I ordered. I don't know when I will order again, but based on this experience, nothing keeps me away from ordering at Tmart. And there also he used different names and posted fraudulent reviews supporting his company Tmart.com.
At first I was hesitant about this site, but I tried them anyway and was pleasantly surprised. I used tmart to dropship a product I found for a customer of mine and did not have any problems or complaints from the customer! Will use again!
Doesn't confirm your order, but promptly takes your money... contacted a phone number I got from my credit card company... but was just an answering service... not even saying who they were... and the 3 ways they say you can contact them... you can't because they never gave me an order number... and the, perhaps, order number, my credit card company has they won't except as the order number... every avenue and effort to contact them is always blocked... SO NEEDLESS TO SAY... NOT A "BUSINESS" if that's what you want to call them, to make purchases with... unless your writing a book on scams and how to get money out of people without giving anything in return... peace my friends... and we must research people before we order... lesson learned...
Avoid using this company. They start by pretending that delivery is quick. You order and then it's 15 days. You chase and then it's 15-30 days. I'm not at 32 days and apparently it could be another 15 days. They take the money when you order though not when delivered, so what do they care.
They just told me that the delivery is very busy and so it can take time... like it's one bloke on a bicycle!
Find another company - don't buy for this lot!
Almost thirty days have gone by and NO package! They said I should wait patiently and call my neighbours and post office to see if it's there. Seriously, they said these exact words. Never buying from this site again. Escalating my charges with paypal as Tmart is incompetent with refunds.
NO merchandise after 40 (forty) days. "Local warehouse"? Where? Even a boat can get from Hong Kong to Ohio, USA in less than 40 days (Panama Canal, Gulf of Mexico, Mississippi River, Ohio River to Cincinnati, OH USA).
I do NOT recommend any purchase from tmart.com under any circumstances, UNLESS you enjoy gambling (and loosing).
A total scam. Ordered my items over 30 days ago. They wont provide tracking # or refund just because is shipping from Hong Kong. T mart is telling me I have to wait up to 45 days. They charge instantly but no where in the check out I was notified the items were shipping from HK.
China Scam! I Ordered 3 items one month ago, they took my money from the credit card immediately and left fake tracking! I kept checking and the account still said the same thing- "processing, review"! I've requested Cancel "ticket" of the three unshipped items & refund, still nothing refunded. They circumvent the fraud-factor by claiming to offering 'full refund', "free shipping" but nothing shipped & no refund still!
Please STAY AWAY! Now I'm making a claim with my Visa!
If you experience a problem, fight it no matter how small the amount of money you have lost! Sadly, yet another reason not to deal with a company in China!
I have paid for my order but received nothing and never received any email confirmation. The site does not now recognise my login details so I can't track my item. I have re-registered with them but cannnot contact them without an order number. They have taken my money, given me nothing and I have no way of contacting them.
Just a poor company to do business with. I have been waiting over 30 days for my purchase to arrive, Tmart says I need to wait 60 days before they will consider re-shipping or refunding the purchase price. I have had to escalate my dispute with Paypal who I used to pay for the goods. Fingers crossed they are able to help me recover the money I paid. My recommendation don't deal with this online company.
They are selling defective items and 'third world quality', I bought IDE to SATA adopter and one pin was missing from power adopter, email several time and receive only excuses no refund or free return. They are SCAM byers BEWARE of this site.
This site gives online shopping a bad name. Ever since I purchased an item from Tmart I have been receiving daily spam advertising. The unsubscribe hyperlink provided in their emails is inoperative and written requests to remove my email address from their mailing list are refused. PLEASE AVOID!
Do NOT repeat do NOT use this company. Unless, of course, you like giving away your money and receiving nothing in return. What a pain of a company to do business with. Never again.
Silly me should have read the reviews - free shipping worldwide! Didn't realise the company was in China. If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is. Fortunately I only ordered a small item, so will expect it when I see it.
I know a lot of people will disagree with me on this but this is the way I feel...
If you buy from websites based in China a good rule of thumb is don't buy technology (phones, computers, cars etc...) and food (baby food, formula etc...).
If you buy anything at all... maybe cheap plastic things like cd holders and make sure they aren't priced over $5. The quality of products here are like the stuff found in claw machines in children's arcades. If you are a mannequin and in need of that shiny $5 gold watch to go with that shirt than be experimental and go for it.
PS. Don't order more than one item at a time that way your never out more than $5.

I ordered some memory sticks from TMart, the quoted delivery time was 3-15 business days. When I queried when I was likely to get my goods they then told me to be patient and it would be 30-45 days - completely unacceptable. I am now going through the Paypal dispute procedures. Unusually for me, I didn't read company reviews before ordering. I will never make that mistake again.
