Tmart is a company of theifs, it is a fraud. The tmart customer service are liars they come online to harass the customers who post negative reviews, as you can see here on this website and other websites.
Where do I begin? I ordered a kitchen scale to weigh my food and needless to say it was not working properly. I followed the instructions to a T and nothing. I even got in a huge fight with my boyfriend over the damn thing and I had to chat with a representative (there is no phone number) to attempt to get my money back. I chatted with a person for almost 2 hours due to her unsuccessful attempt to "multi task" and chat with more than one person at a time. She asked me for my information 7 Times! And told me to try and calibrate it as many times! Any way after 2 months of back and forth emails I finally got MOST of my money back - less the shipping. She said that I could throw the scale away - didn't even want it back. Why then would she take off for shipping? STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.
I placed an order and I have two problems:
1) The blue Car Mp3 player bluetooth hands-free funtion FM 8100( SKU: E*******) is not working properly. I can do the "pair" with my phone but:
- It's not working bluetooth hands-free funtion.
- It's not working A2DP funtion. I can't hear music from my phone.
My phone has bluetooth with A2DP funtion and working with others devices.
The line in, and usb/SD card work properly.
2) The "I9300 4.0" Android 2.3 Dual SIM Quad-band Wifi FM Bluetooth TV Touch Screen Unlocked Cell Phone Black" ( SKU: *******) is a JAVA phone. The website TMART described as Android. The last 5 feb TMART service contact with me about this problem and I chose a refund 10 USD as compesation if I accept the phone being Java system. I have received the refund, but the phone doesn't conect internet by wifi. I'm bored.
I can not recommend this website: It's has cheap prices but it's an expensive experience.

I'm so sick and tired of dealing with companies that just flat out suck when it comes to customer service. Your customer service "SUCKS"! I had send more then 9 emails request for Refund (unshipped items) and you tell me Misunderstanding?! Your customer service didn't even pay enough attention to what I had to say in my emails. I will never get stuffs from Tmart after this bad experience, I will write my experiences in forums to warn people not to get from bad customer service Tmart.
Your company reputation is all you have. Don't allow something as easy as communication to mean the difference between a happy client and one who despises you. Take pride in what you sell, how you sell it and how you support it.

The item that was received is nothing like the item on the site, even though I reached out to their service team over half a dozen times to check the details. The item also needed six weeks to ship even though the original estimate was six days. The site is clear that you have the option of returning the item - in my experience, that is not the case.
Now a ticket has been opened in their 'Express Service Center' - that ticket has been open for two weeks. The return label keeps being promised 'under 48 hours' except the 48 hours keeps passing each time. I have also used the normal chat and email functions to reach out to their team - nothing.
I bought 3 different USB cables for digital cameras. Although they were shipped quickly, NONE of them worked on the cameras. I requested an RMA and returned the cables. They refunded only one cable. When I complained it was clear that English is not the first language of the customer service staff. Apparently you need a RMA for EACH item. I would take everything on the website with a grain of salt. And be prepared for a hassle if things go wrong.
I bought a phone watch for my son over 2 months ago i was given 2 different tracking numbers that never worked to track my item and all i get is please be more patient are they having a laugh ive been onto paypal to get a refund and im going to publisize this as much as possible

I returned this watchphone i purchaced from tmart it wasnt exactly what i was hopeing for and they have a 30 return policy, so off it goes in registered post and a week or so later im asking them have they receved the item? They say no and i check the tracking number which says its been delivered! This is registered post its got to be signed for so i know theyve recieved it but as long as they deny they recieved it they get away with it. So im screwed not only did i pay for the crap but i payed to post it back and now i got nothing but less money in my pocket. Do not buy from tmart they are as dodgy as they come
I have ordered some small parts that were quite good (watches, memo recorder) but then I ordered a solar powered lamp. The construction of the lamp is wrong so the batteries pop out all the time, leaving the lamp without light. They will only refund it when I send the lamp back at my costs. Hereunder I mention the cheapest rate to ship it back to Hong Kong.
This is what I wrote to them:
The sending costs of 26.6 EURO equals USD 34,50
The actual costs of the item involved are 31.86 EURO.
According to your calculations I would get (26.6 EURO * 30% = 7.98)
Total costs for sending would be 26.6 euro - 7.98 = 18.62
This means I will have to pay 18.62 euro to return the item which will not be reimbursed.
Which means I am left with a badly designed lamp that doesn't work and I cannot return it and get reimbursement in any way, shape or form.
As you can imagine, this is a totally unacceptable solution for me.
I would be satisfied with either:
1. A coupon to spend at your store on a different item for 31 euro. I am happy to do a webcast to show the flaws in the design and to demonstrate how it works. But you cannot expect me to lose even more money on this lamp,
Or:
2. The alternative is to return the item at Tmarts costs.
You cannot expect me to pay for all this and be left with nothing.

I can't find any details of tmarts management on the website. I have asked to talk to a supervisor which has been ignored. I think my suggestions are a win-win for both of us, but no reaction is given to the content.
So, don't buy solar supplied lamps or other complicated items at Tmart!

I kept getting over charged items by $40.00 more, and had to fight with them to get it back. I am currently trying to delete my account, but they are refusing me! This is a crap site. It also takes 3 months or more for products to arrive. Do NOT use it. It is not worth it. Also, however they got ahold of my bank account, I will never know!

Have placed 2 orders with tmart the first shipped from US warehouse recived it in a couple weeks the 2nd is coming from china said shipped on 11/29/12 its 1/3/13 not here yet? I know we are far far apart but,,, Have placed orders with another online store in china after this one its here,, we will see I'm not ready to give on them yet tho things do happen,,, box could have fell behind something we all mess up at times,,
Not only did I not receive the products that I ordered, my bank account was hacked into and every penny was drained from my account. Stay away from TMart.com

Liars, What happened to the 2 days delivery!
This is one of the worst experiences I have had for online shopping. Most of these reviews have been done through friends of the Chinese company Tmart. I ordered two Wi Controllers and it was supposed to be two day free shipping through DHL. I was given a DHL tracking number which had a direct link from the email I received from the company. When I complained they said to be patient and that product was out of stock. So I waited. They said it was delivered and when I filled a complaint they said I needed to check with the "post office". The first signal that something might be wrong. I decided to go directly to DHL website and input my tracking number. NO surprise there…the tracking number was not legitimate. I contacted their live online support team which of course was no help at all. When I requested a refund they said that I needed to process a complaint through the "post office". I asked them why they kept saying the "post office" when they use DHL and of course no response. Spend your money somewhere else. They will take it and string you along pretending to be a real company and tell you that it was shipped when there is nothing being shipped.

I attempted to order some merchandise that needed to be delivered in 2 days, so I paid a considerable amount extra?. I used a pre-paid VISA as a precautionary measure in case my personal identifiable information was compromised!. I'd rather them take me for a $100 card than clean out my checking account or run up my credit card for thousands;. The site rejected my card while I was closing out, so I contacted my credit card company to see what the problem was!. They said there's no problem, there's an authorization for $77". 89 from TMart?.
I waited 2 days and went online to track my order:. There was no order, but I am still out $77.89. I went online on their "chat line", and no one could find my order. They asked me for an order #, and I told them that I didn't receive an order # because the system kept refusing my credit card, but yet they still encumbered $77.89 on my credit card. They asked me to check my email for a confirmation, and there was no email. I spent my whole lunch hour going back and forth on this BS.
I decided to get back online after I got off work to speak to another "keyboard" since they don't have a customer service # to call, which kind of threw up a red flag to me. After waiting for an hour, YOYO finally came online with me. Maybe YOYO was busy talking to all the other unsatisfied customers. YOYO were as unhelpful as the last "keyboard".
Finally, I said just un-authorize the charge on my card, and I will take my business elsewhere because I've already missed my deadline. No one ever responded. I guess my next step is to contact my card company and dispute it, so I can get back the credit on my card.
I will NEVER attempt to order anything from TMart again. I wish I would have checked the reviews before I got mixed up with this company. I have seen very few positive experiences in the reviews that I've checked. TMart stays in business by preying on chumps like us!... forget it TMart. I'm going to Brickhouse Security. Ive checked their reviews!

I hear all your feedback and its pretty negative but I have to say I have been a dropshipper through tmart for about 4 months now and I have been very satisfied with the services and shipping, I sell the Jewelry and Childrens items so maybe that is the difference but I can tell you they do have a warehouse located in New Jersey and if the items are in stock there and ordered the shipping only takes about a week, if the item is out of stock at the US location then they will ship from China which takes about 3 weeks. I have had a few issues with damaged items and such and everytime I request a RMA Tmart sends the customer a new item with no issues and they have been great at refunding me when I do have a issue, its all about communication with them and knowing what you or ordering and making sure its located in the US warehouse. Also if an item is not located in the US warehouse but is in stock over seas you can ask them to stock it at the US warehouse - they usually dont have a issue with this if you plan to buy it.
I received a part of my order today (just a bunch of iPhone cases lol) and realized that one of the cases was the wrong colour. I'm not a hot pink kind of girl soooo the colour I received was nothing short of appalling.
I checked their website to report the problem, but the Express Service Centre would not let me submit anything. So great. Hot pink it is.
I guess you get what you pay for.

I will NEVER order from this company again - absolutely horrible customer service. I placed an order on 10/15/12 for a droid phone to be shipped to my son in college. He was then coming back so before the item was shipped(although it still hasn't even left their site and it is now 10/31 I followed the website instructions and changed the shipping address. They also don't have a phone number to contact, this company if you want to call them that is HORRIBLE! I have not heard from them at all I now want to cancel my entire order, get my money back and NEVER work with them again, but that seems to be difficult as well. THey sure do take your money right away and then dont produce the product or customer service... I have asked numerous times to ship the phone to AZ rather than OK. I DEFINITLEY would not refer this company AT ALL!

Tmart.com are liars and cheaters. They use a Bate-and-switch selling tactics
I spent hundreds of dollars and they never shipped my merchandise. I am now going to dispute the charges with my credit card company. They have no phone support so in trying to tack down my items i had to online chat with someone and got nowhere. I called 3 weeks ago and they tell me it would be here in 10 days. Now they are telling me 10 more days.
What happened to the 2-3 days delivery from USA that was posted for the items?
Tmart.com (aka) Yallstore.com, Yall inc, etech.com & Gadgetown.com still using the same techniques by posing as customers here and on other websites to fraudly boost their rating.

I have orders from several China cheap sites. Often I can get cheap but useful items form them. Sometimes just no use items. Once I get a promotion item from them it's only $0.01 and wait for nearly 20 days. Once I get the item I think it worth waiting. Customer service is good. I hate that someone try to set aside my complaint and then reply after a long time.
The flashlight in Tmart is good; some are cheaper than other cheap sites. Delivery time worries me. Since the item are decent most of the time. I try to be patient.

Answer: Try your hardest to resolve the problem. If you ordered through a site such as Amazon make a complaint so the company (Tmart) will know along with other potential buyers. In the future never order from this company - in a word they suck
Answer: Stay away from Tmart, as far as you can!... if you want to have nice days. I ordered and paid a product 50 days ago. They did not even ship it. I contacted them many times, I spent a lot of time chatting with them, they always promise to mail the product in 1 - 2 days, but they do nothing. Yesterday I asked a refound. They refound me only 63% of the price I paid, instead of refounding 100% what I paid or instead of giving me some interest for using my money for 50 days. I was ordering items from them for years, I was pleased with them, but lately I am having serious problems constantly.
