I ordered the PS2 laser lens and it was suppose to work. Not only it didn't work, they sent me a completely dead laser, that was scorched from someone else taking the solder point off. I want a refund and to send it back. All they keep doing is questioning me about what the problem is. My warrenty and money back guarantee are completely being ignored by these people. I'm so sick and tired of going back and forth about them day after day not understanding what the hell I'm taking about when I tell them in great detail. I just freakin want my money back and to send back their defective product. That's all. That was 3 days ago (9/3/12) I received it. It doesn't work, I didn't get what you described so I want my money back. Why are they making this so complicated Never again!

Items arrived 2 weeks late, arrived in working condition however one item was not as it appeared on the website and both items are made poorly not terrible but you can tell its cheap quality, I ordered from this site without checking reviews first time I have ever done this and happens to be a big mistake I will be keeping what I have brought as a reminder not to make this mistake again both items are hanging on my wall above my computer so I can always be remembered total lesson cost? £7.

Ordered replacement screen-digitizer-LCD assembly for Samsung Galaxy Nexus and received exactly what I ordered, and my phone even works again. Only four stars because it took them a bit longer than I would have liked to get it in the mail. I paid extra shipping for USPS Express delivery (which worked great, by the way), but though I ordered Thursday afternoon, the post office didn't get the package from Tmart until Monday afternoon. Shipped from Edison, NJ.

I was online looking for a voice recorder and accidentally ran into this site. I found a nice one for $25 that supposedly was usually over $80. I ordered it quickly before reviewing the site and was all for the free shipping. I freaked when I read the reviews afterwards. I called my bank and cancelled my card and requested a new one just in case.

I ordered the item 7/30/13 and received it 8/3/13. I received an email when it was processing through the time that it went out and its progress thereafter. It came across the states from their warehouse in NJ faster than local mail. The item was as received without defects. I tried it out and it has all the features as promised. It's a lot smaller than I thought, but their site actually does list it's dimensions. My bad for not reading thoroughly.

Even though I thought the service was spectacular, I won't be using them again only because of the awful reputation that they have. 1/10 isn't good enough and I don't want to be the next victim. I don't think that they are a scam, but I think that they just have awful customer service, so when something goes wrong they probably have too many customers ordering due to the prices and they don't get back to people.

I will also say that the actual quality of the product seems poor. When they say lightweight, they mean lightweight like a toy. It feels like it'll break if I squeeze it too hard. I will use it a lot soon and see how the quality actually is and report back, but there's no way this product is usually over $80.

Recognized this Tmart's employee has been posting positive reviews for his company using different names. But that would not change the truth of Tmart.com been a scammer and fraud.
Stay away from this company! They are a joke. Placed order June 1,2013 and did not receive product so I did a chat session with a rep on June 13th to check on the status of the order only to be informed the items were on back order and they would be ordering them for me that day. Still no items received so once again I chat with a rep on July 4th that tells me the exact same thing. The kicker of the story is that they took the money out of my account the day the order was placed

This company is not legitimate, they leer you in with affordable prices and free shipping then once you place an order they have you fill out a survey about your experience with them, of course up to that point the experience seems to be positive however after that you wait weeks almost a full month for your order without being informed that your order is being shipped from Hong Kong through the mail.

Once I received my order which was a wireless mouse I quickly learned that it was cheaply made and defective. I contacted the company multiple times throughout the process and I got the idea that they are used to complaints about their company but are used to also giving a sad apaology and getting away with the consumers money. This really needs to stop and hopefully whoever reads this will not be scammed like I was.

I emailed them multiple times while waiting for my order and then they told me it was coming from Hong Kong and it would take a while which was my first time hearing that. I wish that I would have read all of the negative reviews on Bizrate.com because then I would have been aware of all of this before ordering. Now they are telling me that I have to return the order and pay for the return so that I can get a refund. This company is a fraud
My opinion of this company is completely true and as you can see many ppl feel the same way, so deal with it and stop acting as customers to raise the rating here.

I live in South Africa and I am dissatisfied with the purchase experience at Tmart.com. I was very doubtful at first but decided to give them a try since I knew I would be paying with Payapal. My 1st three orders I placed was in March this year never arrived. I emailed Tmart several times but never got a clear answer about my order. My question here why they charged my account before they ship my order!. I received an email from Tmart.com asking me to wait 45 more days so i will not be able to dispute the charges with paypal. I will be spreading the word about their bad service. Tmart is a scam. I do not recommend

I´m writing from my own experience, and Tmart never shipped and delivered my items in time or in good condition. The Tracking number provided by Tmart doesn't work. When I had a question I couldn't to accessed their chat simply it doesn't work. Tmart is a fraud. After my experience with Tmart now I understand why so many people are complaining and giving bad reviews to Tmart.com. I consider myself lucky because I was able to get my money back after I disputed the charges with my credit card company who informed me that I am not the first to complain about this facke company and I feel more lucky that Tmart's employees could not use my credit card because I changed my account. So everybody out there beware of this scammer

Supporting the original writer and not Tmart because I'm trying to deal with them on a separate issue. Customer service responded to me with a polite, we are sorry, but we can't access any information about your order once it has been made. The response I received follows:
"Dear Customer,
This is the greeting from Tmart.com service.

Once place an order, we will email you the order number, date. We can not
Check other information nothing about us.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused by us."

Why did I ask them for information on the order that "I" placed? The order was placed by a person being investigated for fraud for using my card after he, the server at a restaurant I went to, used my card information on the site. The order was placed in my name, using my information, but I don't have an order number. That's perfect right, because, "Once place an order... we can not check other information, nothing about us."
Literally, the definition of rip off and no customer service.
Tmart are bunch of idiots, I am sure no one would beleive any positive review posted here by Tmart (aka) N&K Trading inc. posing as customers

Biggest SCAM and liers on this website with only faulty products stealing money! DO NOT EVER order from them!

Website seemed legit, ordered 2 products that actually came on time. It was an AUS company who took payment off our Credit card, so we'll report them to police for fraud.
Both items were sent back wit registered trackable post, now they're saying they never received it. LIARS!
Then they say they did, they'll refund in 24 hours... then obviously they do not. Ridiculous.

Live chat is ridiculous, so is their emailing system.

Stay away from them!

I bought a few items last week from Tmart's website and then just came across this website about them! I'm a little concerned, though I just got straight through to their online chat thing instantly and they answered my question: How long will my order take to arrive? Answer: 3-4 weeks, please understand.

I guess that's expected from Hong Kong and the same as any of the eBay Hong Kong sellers! I will come back in 3-4 weeks time and let you know if I ever received my items... and if they were what I actually ordered!
