There was a discount that was supposed to be applied $80 off for a set of 4 Pirelli Tires.
I got 4 Pirelli All Terrain Tires but no discount was applied at all.
Kind of disappointed and feell that the promotion was misleading.

I have had good luck with TR but the last experience was not as good. The TPMS was not functional and one of the tires went flat on me while driving soon after install. TR took care of the problem and gave me a bit of a rebate. Not all experiences will be perfect

I buy all my tires here, on my terms. No rush, no push... plenty to choose from. The customer reviews and Tire Rack reviews are all the information I need.

Ordered Bridgestone Dueler tires for our jeep wrangler and they showed up as the right model that was ordered, but the tread pattern was not even close to the tread pattern that the website showed and now it doesn't match the jeep spare tire.

I was sold four tires, when only three were listed as available and I was denied my 80 dollar rebate from Bridgestone. I feel this is dishonest

For my previous car I've ordered multiple tires, the prices have always been equal or lower than everybody else. I really like how easy it was to get online and order the tires in less than 10 minutes.

What's In It For Me? This makes about 13 sets of tires I've purchased from TR over the years. Has always been a good experience. Got what I paid for. Able to analyze many various tires/brands/prices and choose what I need. No SFB managers/salespeople to deal with.

Been buying tires from here for over 15 years, over 10 sets so far, but find the road hazard claim process a little difficult to navigate, I gave up before I was reimbursed.

Everything from Tire Rack was perfect from using the website, placing the order and receiving a quality item. Shipper on the other hand delayed the delivery with no explanation. Not a big deal. Tire Rack is amazing!

The web site car selection does not consider that there are 2 versions of the 2025 Audi S5. The design was updated from B9.5 to B10 mid year and I understand the wheels patterns are different. Please investigate and then update the selections.
