It was ok. I brought 4 tires and 3 months later I received a flat. I called and filled out the paperwork and never received any feedback or received another tire. I want to know what happened.

Placed an order for wheels and tires, had a few questions about fitment that were answered thoroughly. Additional wheel spec options were positioned and ultimately resulted in a great experience.

Encountered a nail in the corner of the sidewall tread area and needed to replace a tire within the first 150 miles of the new tires. I was able to use Tire Racks Road Hazard protection plan and get a brand new replacement tire free.

I had a positive experience. They double checked my order to insure I was ordering the correct size. The tires arrived as ordered and on-time.

The tires and wheels look great and had all the included hardware. There were also packaged such that no damage to the wheels could happen. UPS was a disaster though.

UPS took over a week to deliver the wheels/tires, then lost one of them and claimed it had been delivered. I contacted Tire Rack and was told it would take days to investigate the missing wheel, further delaying what should have been a next-day delivery. No offer was made to ship another wheel, and my car sat at the installer's for several days while this played out. I was issued a $100 gift certificate after my complaint, but it was valid only from 4 pm when I received it to midnight. I assumed it would at least be valid for 24 hours, so I lost out on that too.

The wheels, once installed, look good and seem to be well-balanced, and the snow tires perform well in limited testing. If it were not for the delivery issues, which is not all on Tire Rack, this would have been a reasonable experience. Additional assistance from Tire Rack would have been greatly appreciated.

Had a local shop mount and balance the tires. Rolls super smooth on the highway now compared from the cheaper brand tires that were on there before! You get want you pay for every time.

Pretty fast shipping. I'm located not very far from one of the warehouses so that's a plus. Have ordered before. Will order again. The website interactivity could use some work.
