Tire Rack delivers what they promise, on the time schedule they promise. I've ordered tires and wheels from them many times and had positive experiences in all but two. Ordered was a tire-wheel package which the tires were mounted and balanced on the wheels. Unfortunately, the mechanic mounting the tire, left the tire sticker on the sidewall and installed the sticker under the tire bead. This required me to take the tire and wheel to a local Tire Rack installer and have it fixed. In the process, the wheel was damaged. Tire Rack did the right thing and replaced the tire and wheel. Unfortunately, one of the other tire-wheel assemblies had a set of weights that did not stick to the wheel, requiring me to have the wheel rebalanced. Other than those two situations, I've had positive experiences with Tire Rack and continue to order from them.
