It is very annoying that the site drives you to an installer as a default. I don't need an installer for wipers and I had to start all over again to figure out how to remove this. I have purchased from tire rack many times and this default seems to be getting worse. I may search other options in the future as I find this very misleading
Shopped multiple times. Only issue thru the years was outside their scope. (bad local delivery man, lol). Tire Rack took care of it.

Would have liked to had the option of choosing delivery service. Unfortunately Fedex is noted for being terrible in the South Hills area of Pittsburgh. They left tires sitting out on sidewalk in direct site of a busy street. When there was an open mail room door with plenty of room inside just feet away. Being dealing with Tire Rack for close to 30 years this was the first time having this happen.
Ordered online, kinda skeptical at first because of the price, but then I did my reseach and they are partnered with America tires! The discount that I got from the Tires, I know have a budget to repair the TPMS! And they repaired it. Very Happy!
I know I can save anywhere from $100 or more depending on which tires I choose. They are the same tires but with no pressure to buy. I can shop every tire brand in one store and I have never had any issues if I have to speak with a customer service agent. I have to order many tires for everyone I help and this is my go to spot and they just have them delivered to my door.
Ugh. I found your replacement from road damage process very difficult, to the point where I could not get the refund last time. Now I need to try it again. I'm not looking forward to it. If I recall correctly, by the time I had time the opportunity to get it done closed out.

In general, the experience was great as usual. It would be nice to be able to easily compare tires across multiple tests. Also, it would be nice if the "run flat" feature were added to the tire comparison page.

My previous experience with TR was good, not so much with the installer. Poor experience for me. I've decided to have a different location proceed with a different installer.
It would be great to inckude a payent option to include whell alignment. There was some confusion at the installer on what was covered by the installer.And what was covered by tire rack?There seemed to be some income inconsistent information.
The experience was very good from start to finish. The Goodyear Assurance MaxLife tires provide a smooth and quiet ride, good traction in both dry and wet conditions, and they feel very stable on the road. Installation was easy and the tires met my expectations for comfort and performance.
I've purchased wheel and tire combos several times in the past. Even had Tire Rack call me and ask if I was sure I wanted the oversized wheels for my ND2. I told them I'd done the math, that they'd fit and to ship them. They fit great, only barely rubbing, so I communicated that back to the team and I think they adjusted their fitment calculations.
I've called asking for replacement hub centering rings several times before. Tire rack has never charged me for them and always shipped as many as I asked for (8 at one time once). Great company to get your wheel needs fulfilled without compromise!
I needed a set of 205/40/18 tires for a mini cooper. These tires normally are pretty expensive. But Tire Rack had these for a little over $100 each because they were made in 2022. But since they were in a climate controlled warehouse, dry rot was not an issue. I bought four of them, they arrived quickly and looked perfect. I had Discount Tire mount and balance them. Perfect solution for the Mini Cooper.

Ordered new set of Michelin CrossClimates on Jan 2 and they shipped to the recommended installer by Jan 5, very fast! Smooth experience with the recommended installer later that week and I am now enjoying the new tires in the most recent winter storm! Lots of tread 10/32nds all around and DOT code of late Nov (pair of "4725" and a pair of "4825" making these only a month old brand new tires!), -- and that am very happy about! Unbeatable fast turnaround and quality and follow-ups at each stage! My only thing is, being a more expensive tire, I would have preferred some kind of discount but I'd bought them after all promos ended at TireRack. Oh well. Overall happy with my purchase!
1. With auto-fill the city-selection was blocked off and I could not edit the entry so I could not finalize my purchase!
2. I think buying a 4-set of high end tires during winter holiday season deserves a discount or a deal but I could not find any discounts whatsoever, even after subscribing to newsletters, etc.! This is highly disappointing!

I have been buying tires from Tire Rack for over 20 years. I like there selection and that you can do side by side comparisons of the tire attributes.
Tirerack has never disappointed. I order and the tires are in my mechanic's shop in days and ready when my car arrives for service.
I'm now buying tires again. My last purchase was 13 months ago. I will also need to provide 3 pictures of each tire to prove that they are ruined. Why dont you provide the option to have one of your "certified installers" document the warranty issue and not require your customers to prove to you that your products are defective?
