Great just what I needed. I had to replace a loaner car tire due to a pot hole damage for a BMW. No one had the tire but Tire Rack. I was able to order the tire and get it put on the vehicle in 2 days. Great service.

I was about 40 minutes out when I called. Even with a brief chat and applying for GY Credit Card it only took minutes online to order 2 sets of tires. It was right around noon when I got to West Bend which is probably why it took a half hour there to get things loaded, there were a few ahead of me. It was truly touchless, efficient, and courteous service. They offered to bag the tires too!
It was convenient it was fast I like the new security protocol with my Bank credit card.

Just a little confusion over new tires vs. used tires. I assumed all of the listed tires were brand new, but the website allows checking other boxes, also some of the illustrated tires show the word "new" giving the impression that tires without this displayed word are used. Little confusing. Also the recommended installer I had the tires shipped to said they couldn't do the installation because my tires were for a performance vehicle (Shelby GT500 Mustang). Thus I had the tires shipped to my home and had to arrange getting them to another installer.
