It was very easy to make my tire purchase in the tire rack site and I was notified of a possible fit issue for the vehicle I entered that I appreciated.
I have staggered tire widths and it was difficult to match up the different tires and wheels and then create a package. I was able to create a tire and wheel package with 4 wheels and 2 tires and then added 2 tires to my cart. I added a note to install those 2 tires in the checkout. Hopefully I receive them that way. Also, my original rear tire size wasn't available in the winter tire I wanted. Would have been nice if Tire Rack explained what could or could not be modified (width, aspect ratio, etc.) and by how much. A range of options would have been very helpful. Overall though, the website is above and beyond other sites. Update: Tire Rack did mount all 4 tires and they came 2 days after ordering!

Great the website made for really fluid experience
This was the first time I purchased tires online. Tire Rack was very informative, with tire reviews and product information. My purchase went very smoothly, with tires being shipped quickly and arrived at my installer on time. Will definitely consider Tire Rack for a future tire purchases.
I searched far and wide for winter tires in Maine (late-December, so I was late). I wasn't able to find many options, and the ones I found were overpriced. I looked at Tire Rack and found what I wanted at a great price! I was concerned about an installer, but with the installer selections available, it ended up being one of the easiest processes I have had with tires. This was my first time buying from Tire Rack, but will not be the last!
The contract connection with Firestone tire centers, ability to schedule an appointment is what sold me. I wouldn't buy on the "hope" of having tires properly installed. The shipment was 1 day early. The Michelin CrossClimate2 are excellent on my CMax - I can already tell the wet handling is good, look forward to light snow/slush.

I drove to My Parent's house in Florida and the having a flat tire. Being stuck in a small town I didn't have many options for getting tires put on my vehicle. I really wanted to have quality mission entires but most of the tire places around the area was at didn't was that did not offer them. Therefore I went on to tire rack found the quality michelin's I wanted.
It was easy... waiting for customer service was LONG... you should give callers option of staying in the que or you will call them back without losing their place
