Overall, a great experience and customer service from TireRack.com. The reason for the "one star" for delivery is strictly due to UPS's inability to get my tires delivered to me (UPS had the shipment 12/27/21, I finally got the shipment 1/11/22). I called TireRack.com to see if they could help, and did they ever! The customer service rep (sorry - I don't remember her name) called UPS, found my shipment, and had UPS hold it at their Burlington, WA facility. I picked up all 4 tires there on 1/12/22.
