Easy to find what I needed, great reviews on the site to help make the choice, super fast delivery. Most often, I would happily pay a premium to get this great service but Tire Rack was the cheapest for these tires! Amazing!

This is my second set of winter tire/wheel sets I have purchased from TireRack. I got Bridgestone Blizzaks both times and overall my experience was excellent. I received my latest set in time for an impending snow storm and much quicker than I expected. I was able to install them before the first flakes fell.
The rims look fantastic and the tires are great. Driving with snow tires is like playing a video game with cheat codes!

I did, however, have a problem that caused me to waste almost $200. I added TPMS sensors to my order, which were installed as the tires were mounted and balanced. The problem is that they don't work. After calling Tire Rack, I was told that I had to have them reprogrammed by a specialty shop 45 mins. Away.

UPDATE: Changed to 5-stars. The TPMS started working the next morning. My initial test drive lasted 10 minutes, which, evidently, did not give the sensors enough time to synch up. So, in the end, the money I spent for the sensors wasn't wasted.
Their techs gave me incorrect information when they told me I needed to have the system updated by a specialty shop (which they suggested) 45 mins. Away.
So, if you have a Hyundai Kona, don't freak out if the TPMS doesn't work right away.

Simple as always. Will most likely always choose tires from tire rack since they have the best selection of non factory model tires that dealerships have. Swapped out the factory Bridgestone potenzas to Michelin pilot sport 4s and now to continental extremecontact sport. It helps to try other competitors you might find one you love. This is so cool. I had no idea TireRack has a mobile service. There is ZERO reason to ever go back to a tire store to pay inflated prices and sit in that filthy waiting room. The installer was such a great guy, I think we talked cars and tires longer than it took him to install my new tires. This is the perfect solution to tire replacement. I know I'm never stepping foot in another nasty waiting room again!
