Quick and easy. Just have to coordinate a scheduled appointment. One thing that bothered me was my package was split into 2 packages of 2 tires and I was not told by Tire Rack or FedEx. NTB had to tell me and they didn't know if the second set was coming in. I feel like an email telling me my package was split would've really helped. I did however end up getting all 4 eventually. This explains why the products and services are at 2 stars.

Was not too happy with my shipping time because they said I would receive my springs by July 8 never got them till July 12 so I had to cancel my appointment for the 9th, to install them and wait a few weeks before I could get another appointment which sucked because I needed them on the car for a car show I was going to show my car in, I guess I have just gotten too used to buying stuff on Amazon being on time when they said it would get there, it was there for the most part, and even before sometimes

The sales rep did find the tire but told me that there is no warranty on the damaged tires. The customer service person sent me to make sure I got the same tire to match the 4 I bought in September. Customer service is amazing. Sales associates were not helpful at all. Rude at times..
I picked out tires which i wanted your website noted them as in stock. I ordered them and they were not only not in stock but would not be delivered for a month.
