So far so good. The only reason its a 4 star, it's because I am a first time customer and i have yet to see how my purchase actually turns out.

So, far so good. This is the second order I've utilized tire rack. Both orders are still in completion, so we'll see how everything goes.

Ease of ordering. Outstanding delivery. Every time I have ordered from tire rack I have the same reaction….outstanding.

Used discount tire because they now own tire rack and the price, but after the tires arrived there and I scheduled an appointment, found out they don't do wheel alignments. Seems silly to me and I will not be using discount tire again to install new tires. Now I have to once again wasted my time to bring it somewhere else after the tires were installed in order to get a wheel alignment. So frustrating.

Buying tires at Tire Rack and having them installed at one of their authorized installers took all of the sales pressure off of the tire buying process. I didn't have to listen to up-selling pitches, pitches for hazard protection, extra services, and so on. This was really a pleasant experience.

The tires I purchased were priced well, and are really exceptionally quiet. I haven't had them on long, but so far they feel crisp but comfortable. No rain yet, but their rating for rain is excellent. Overall, the advantage was that I had a great resource for comparison shopping and it paid off.

Last, I used a Pep Boys as an authorized installer, and they were great too. They got that as a Tire Rack customer, I knew what I wanted and didn't give me a hard time about anything. They were great too.

The website is very easy to navigate and to select tires. Prices are really good.

I was a little apprehensive of using the mobile installation since I never had before but from start to finish, I was pleasantly surprised. The website was easy to use, finding the tire I needed and having plenty of different manufacturers and styles to choose from. After my purchase I received and email so that I could schedule my installation, once again a straight forward and easy process. The delivery was on time, the installer was on time and very courteous. The process was quick and the installer spent a couple minutes explaining what was done and that I would be good to go. I highly recommend the mobile installation in the Maryland area, since there are different installers across the country but I believe that this service would have been great regardless of where I was located.

All is very good so far. This is the first time I have ordered from Tire Rack. If I get the tires as ordered in the time of projected arrival I will be thrilled

Very easy n pleasant shopping experience. İt was nice to find tires compatible with my car right away n installation place to deliver. Installation place was nice but very busy so I had take tires somewhere else to install. If possible will be nice to check the availability for installation as well before deciding where to ship tires.

FAST and easy order on-line. This was the first time I ever ordered tires on-line. Order placed Thursday evening December 29th with delivery date set to January 3rd (New Year's holiday weekend) Unexpectedly received all four tires on Saturday morning December 31st. Chose recommended installer, got appointment/installation on Monday morning, January 2nd. My new custom wheels were treated like kid gloves with perfect mounting and balancing!

Great so far, easy ordering and delivery was really quick. The only complaint i had was trying to use a shop they recommended to install the tires big o tires was super rude and unhelpful I ended up finding my own shop.
