Great! Super selection! I ordered Brenbo brake pads, in the box was brake quiet, new bolts with lock tight on threads for the calipers, and new brake sensors.
It just gives you peace of mind to use products from a company that includes the things that should be replaced, along with what you ordered!

Great access to information and reviews. Price was great but local Discount Tire would have offered a 5% military discount so I overpaid. Love the tires I got based upon the reviews, so small price to pay for the added ability to get really solid reviews. I have bought numerous tires I would never have considered from Tire Rack based upon reviews and there is so much information to access to make a great decision. My OEM tires were awful and the Tire Rack recommendations made all the difference. Love the new tires.

Overall, your service, products and availability are excellent, but it put me through a huge bind not being able to pay for my order before pickup when i had tried to order these same products previously, and that meant i had to cancel that order and wait until i could buy them again, as it's rather hard to keep this much money sitting in a bank account with a wife and kids, especially when it takes more than two weeks for the wheels to be mounted and balanced and ready for pickup, and even more especially when my work schedule only allows for me to pick them up on the short part of a Saturday that your Denver location is open. If your company could allow payment before pickup and allow the customer a certain period of time to pick them up afterward, that would solve messes like this. I don't know a lot of people who can leave over a grand sitting in a bank account for weeks without it going to other places very quickly. I eventually opted for delivery, which was very fast. The driver made sure I came to my door so that the wheels weren't left outside, and the wheels were packaged nicely. Overall, I would (and probably will) shop with Tire Rack again, and I'll just automatically budget for delivery if I do.

Went back to Tire Rack to get the same tires I bought last time, shipped to same auto shop, since I had been happy with all then, and again was happy with all. The shipping company reported half the order lost, and the Tire Rack agents were great working with me to get the tires I needed quickly, giving me even more confidence to use them next time. Also, they let me know about a great rebate offer from the tire company.
