Terrible experience with road hazard program. Got a flat away from home and replaced tire in emergency. Ridiculous number of hoops to get reimbursement, never actually got reimbursed. As a result of the first problematic claim, when 2x more tires failed, we opted not to file a claims.

Order a set tires for my stock wheels. Arrived on time and in excellent condition. Ordered another set today for my aftermarket wheels. Hope this experience is just as good.

I purchased 4 tires at a good price. The tires are still in great condition. I have to replace one due to a bubble that formed on the tire, but I don't think that has anything to do with the quality of the product. I think it is just dumb luck. - That being said, Tire Rack is allowing me to replace the tire and paying for it as well! Awesome customer service!

The warranty is difficult to execute.
