Quick, product I wanted was available, plus the tires were on sale. I don't yet have the car, so it was convenient to have the tires shipped to me...then I can bring them to the the tire shop at a later date.
Chat support was excellent! I needed 1 tire replaced due to a large bolt too close to the sidewall to repair. My local tire shops wouldn't shave 1 tire down to prevent drivetrain wear, and insisted on (2) new tires. After checking out Tire Rack, I was able to find an identical tire and have it shaved to match the existing tires. Cost was great, even less than 1 tire offered by my local tire shop as a "close match" (but not the same tire).
