I usually buy from Discount Tire, which offers a military discount. They were not showing these tires, so bought them from Tire Rack. Was disappointed that there is no military discount. Also, tire showed $155.77 in cart but at check out it showed $157.77. Would have preferred to buy from Discount Tire with 5% discount.

I always buy a new set of snow tires mounted on wheels, ready to install whenever I get a new vehicle. This time, I opted to use an installer for them since my new vehicle doesn't have a jack and I need to invest in one to diy the way that I usually do. But it was easy and should be relatively cheap to have them installed this time around.

Both times I have ordered tires for my 2019 civic type R, the site recommends both the normal tires and the same tire that is specifically for Audi. I put in my specific car so I wish they wouldn't even show the audi tire.
Had trouble setting the address to where I wanted the tires delivered. The Tire Rack AI connected me with one of their specialists who was able to quickly resolve my issue.
Tire rack used to be the best with customer service. As with most good things, it's gone by the wayside. I guess they're the largest player so they afford to be dismissive and uninterested.
The mileage warranty process is a severe pain to deal with. Tire Rack is almost of no help and expects you to drive the tires until they're unsafe before they'll think about covering them under the manufacturer warranty. Even then, they won't give you a guaranteed credit until they inspect the tires and you'll be expected to pay to ship the tires back. This is in addition to the obvious costs of a new purchase, sales tax, and mounting, balancing costs. Don't advertise the mileage warranty from the manufacturer if you don't plan to honor it.
I've shopped with Tire Rack several times in the past. They have a vast array of tires and all I have to do is entire my vehicle make and model and I have all the choices, prices, and reviews available to me. I will never buy tires any other way.

Very pleasant. This is the 5th set of tires I have purchased with Tire rack. My wife and I drive Alfa Romeo, I have the Giulia and my wife has the Stelvio. Picking out tires can be a "fun" experience, the Tire Rack makes sure of that. The times I spoke with a representative, they were extremely helpful and made me feel valued as a customer
Would like to be able to use my resale number. I am a small wheel repair shop that often has to buy tires. I only come to you as last resort because I can't buy without tax.
