The previously purchased tires initially lost pressure after installation. The representative recommended the installer clean up the inside of the wheels to allow the bead seat properly on my wheels. This resolved the issue and the tires are doing good after 2 years.

There were several delivery issues with my previous order. First, only 3 wheels and tires were initially sent out and received by Fahey Tire center, when the full delivery was received, they forgot to send a full set of lug nuts so I was missing a whole set of lug nuts for one wheel. Fahey ended up leaving one off each wheel.
Tirerack then sent out the extra lug nuts but the original delivery never made it. They then sent an express delivery but it got shipped to the wrong address. A never-ending list of issues and no gift card or any sort of compensation for my troubles
Unless you go so far above and beyond. Deliver it overnight for free? 5stars! See? Thanks for everything in the past! It's why I'm buying again!

Tire installation is always fine but hubs on one side of my truck were not put on the vehicle and were lost. My custom Porsche air nozzle caps were not replaced and were lost in the past. It's attention to the small things and being thorough! Otherwise no complaints.
