The parts arrived in good condition and fit my Mazda 3 sedan well.

One of the bolts was broken off the control arm. Had to weld a new one on to use the part. Would have returned if I had noticed this before I took my truck apart and had half the kit installed

I bought a set of BFG All-Terrain tires. One tire was not able to be balanced. I called customer service and had a replacement tire the next day.

Stop not letting me get wheels I know fit my car, just because your system says they don't. Let me sign a waiver and just accept the purchase.

I've been buying from tire rack for many years. Had to return two defective tires once and the process was difficult, communication wasn't very good, only got one return label and had to pay for the other one. However, the shipping is fast and the prices are usually good, I will continue to use tire rack in the future.
