Tire sidewall split shortly after purchase. Customer service helped us use warranty and get a new tire shipped to the installer.

This is my fourth time purchasing tires from Tire Rack in the past 10 years. I have a truck and a couple of cars. The tires arrive on time, the price cannot be beat anywhere, and they have every tire size and type your could want. Calling customer service with questions is a breeze and am treated with respect, professionally, and knowledge. I won't buy tires anywhere else.

Tire Rack has fantastic prices AND an intuitive, easy-to-navigate ordering process. On more than one occasion, I've received a call to verify fitment or other issues, which is really incredibly proactive customer service. Well done, Tire Rack.

I had a great experience with ordering and taking delivery of my last set of tires earlier this year. However, I ran over something that required replacement of one of these tires. The claim filing process to get reimbursed for the cost of the new tire was terrible. Website was confusing, multiple requests for the same information, vague messages in texts and emails. I spent way too much time getting the reimbursement processed.

I have used them before to order tires. Their service is dependable. Tires are more affordable than a couple other places I've called. Thank you!

I bought at least two sets of Blizzaks over ten years ago. I appreciated the educational articles then and now on winter tires. I had to use the warranty to replace one tire, and recall it was an easy thing to do.

Old OEM wheels were leaking air and I got tired of adding air every week. TireRack makes it easy to find the right fit for my vehicle. They show all the options and how they would look on my car. I shopped other online and local retailers, but TireRack had the wheels and price I wanted. I had one question which they answered via chat. At checkout you can have them sent to the installer of your choice. They were shipped next day, arrived two days later and installed. They look great on the car. Best of all, I don't need to add air all the time and I know the tires/wheels are much safer to drive.

Title says it all, so this is my second time using tire rack to purchase my family's tires! We live in an all-weather state, so it's great to have the compare option and see what their feedback ratings are in all conditions.

I was able to get general grabbers, a tire I always wanted to put on my truck for a very good price, the shipping was free which is awesome the only thing was I got a delivery confirmation before the tires actually showed up so that scared me thinking I had porch pirates but they showed up on my door a few hours after the delivery confirmation so no harm done.

Always good advice and service. I don't worry about them damaging my car or rims ever. I've had at least 8 sets of tires put on here.

I called to ask for a recommendation on snow tires. I got a recommendation and a quote with delivery. The representative was very nice and helpful. I didn't get his name though.

Devin has been super helpful. Prompt and helpful responses. The Tire Rack experience is great to for a novice like me.

There really isn't an acceptable alternative to the Tire Rack experience. The road hazard coverage when buying $400+ each tires is comforting reassurance, and the ship to my local installer feature is a no-brainer.

I have probably bought 12 sets of tires from TireRack over the last 10 years and all the different vehicles I have owned and the purchase experience, the prices, and the provided information makes everything so easy. Thank you Tire Rack!

Previous order was to be installed by Installer in Livermore, CA. I ordered 4 tires but only needed 2 installed. The rears were still in really good shape. I had conversations with the manager and he knew to install the 2. It was my daughters car and they installed all 4 and she had to drive back to get our slightly used rear tires. Now when the current tires get installed I will be paying twice for rear tires to be installed.
