I had bad experience made me feel stupid and guilty. Before 6 I decide to purchase dress to my sister for her party, by sudden i notice website has nice picture of dresses and so many thing with cheap cost and free shipment. I bought that dress and wait for 25 day then the dress arrive my country and my city I contact with them they ask me to go to the famous place to get that dress (even the company for shipment was bad they did not come to my home). I got that dress which covered with black plastic not even in box, from the covered I felt that that will be bed. I open it and i really shocked I was about to cry it's worse dress i have see in my life this is not what i chose totally different bad martial and design. They are cheating people.

DO NOT BUY from TIDEBUY.

Even though I received the dress I ordered when expected and it looked as expected, the zip is faulty. I have therefore been trying to send it back to get a refund but they are doing everything they can to discourage me- they pretend like they do not understand what the problem is or that they cannot see the pictures I send them to show them where the problem is... It's been 15 days since I have opened a dispute and each reply I get is more frustrating than the previous ones. At this rate, I have no idea whether I will get a refund or not, but the best advice I can give you is DO NOT BUY from TIDEBUY because if there is something wrong with your item, it is unlikely that you will easily be able to return it and get your money back... It is the worse and most unreliable online shop I have come across.

I really was worried when I saw the handful of bad reviews, especially since I had placed an order on 2/6/2012. It came today 2/17/2012 and I am glad I ordered. It will need minimal adjustments, (the dress has a train, we don't want a train so it will be removed at a tailor) and the strap is long (very easy fix). The rest of the dress is beautiful. I am glad I bought from here. The designer dress I wanted was twice the price and it had to be altered too, so I saved a lot of money.

I could not fault the webisteand the tracking of the order and the administration of the company however my dress which I ordered for my sons wedding was a complete disaster, nothing like the picture, very poor workmanship and the only thing I could do with it was trash it. I wrote to Tidebuy on two occassions with picutres (a pity I cant download them here) but had aboslutely no repsonse from them. I definitely wont try them again.

I purchased a dress for my daughter 1/5/2012.
Tidebuy promised that the dress will be ready in 22 days.
Today is 2/12/2012 - and the dress is still not ready.

Needless to say that Tidebuy has never provided any status updates on their own (but always came up with all sorts of excuses when I called them regarding my order).

Today, while responding to my e-mail, they've claimed that the dress has already been shipped - and provided a phony DHL tracking number...

If you value your time and money - stay away from that company.

I want to warn all potential buyers on the site of TIDEBUY. I bought a wig for my wedding day. I took an advance of over two weeks so I can get it in time (according to their promise between 2-8 days delivery) wig came after dozens of emails only a month after the deadline. The product was not made proper, and extremely badly. Severely disappointed again after countless emails without any responds from their part. Finally i received a reply that they are willing to "compassion me"... And give me a credit of $ 10 for the next time I'll buy there... Completely ridiculous. I had paid nearly $ 300 the Wig worth for the garbage… maybe ten dollars. So please! If anyone thinking of buying there please run away like from fire burn from this site where people liars and never get close to the product you order. Thank you.

I just recently received my wedding dress from tidebuy.com. I was scared because I have read many bad reviews and seen a few bad experience pictures. But my dress is actually pretty!
I'll list out the negative first:
It was almost too tight. I ordered it in my size (I was professionally sized) but still had to cross my fingers whether it would zip or not. So be careful when ordering your size!

It's cheaply made. I found many loose threads. The bottom was too long and the hem was uneven. I found a few dirt marks or something but they are only noticeable to me. I can tell the fabric isn't amazing either. The top layers of tulle look a little strange.

But all in all I'm happy. I'm on a very strict budget and so I don't expect perfect. Most people who see me in the dress won't even notice the small imperfections.

I don't know how to explain this but I'll try. The quality of the wig is very good. It actually feels like real hair; it's so soft and smooth. But it's still very obvious that it's a wig. I don't know if it's because it's too shiny or the construction of the cap but when you put it on, there's just something off about it. I still gave it 4 stars because as a wig, it is very good quality. However, I know I won't be using it outside of costume parties.

Okay, So this is how my order went. I placed my order and then I read a whole bunch of extremely bad reviews. I was TERRIFIED. I called and they said if I wanted to cancel my order they would only give me 20% back, which would have been 20 dollars, because I bought a $200 dress. I let the order go, with in each of the time frames, It was processed and shipped. I RECOMMEND that if you make an order with them you keep up with them, and continue to email them, and tell them how excited you are to get a great product. When I got the product on my doorstep, it was neatly packaged. I took it out and it was GREAT! It was exactly as the picture shown but not exactly as poofy as I would have liked it, so I bought a slip, no big deal though. The colors matched, and it fit perfectly! I would probably recommend this website to someone. :)
