Firstly i am talking about my own experience! Not anyone elses!

I ordered my wedding dress at the begining of the year and it took well over 2 months to arrive! There customer service was really bad, i didnt really get replies from an actual person it was all computer gen.
I was getting annoyed as it states delivery time ect and because of chinese new year it put another 4 - 5 weeks on the waiting for my dress. ( they should let us know! But they didnt) I tried ringing the phone number that is provided on their website and it just rings & puts you on hold for an hour or so and costs a fortune! So dont ring!

I eventually put in a dispute through paypal! Tidebuy acted very fast, asking me to close the dispute and that my dress would be sent on a faster service! Which it did! They sent it on a quicker service for me for FREE! Which did save me about £50 i think it is.

OK OK THE DRESS:

The dress is beautiful but it did have a few threads that hang down, the detail was fab! The material was brilliant, the dress was exactly the same as the picture.

BUT!

The dress was 2 sizes to BIG! ( even though i had a pro measure me up for the dress) and it had a 3 metre trail on it lol. So i had to pay £100 to have it taken in and chopped abit.

So all in all TIDEBUY is a ok site to buy from, you should eventually get a dress but it may need some adjustments! If you do have a problem just open a dispute! You will get your money back through paypal. Keep messaging them, keep on there case! Its worth buying at least 6 months before your special day! Give them a deadline for arrival, like 6 weeks after you pay!

I ordered my WEDDING DRESS from this company. When I received it, I noticed there was a red stained on the inner layer (its satin with lace over it). Went through all the correct channels to try return the dress. Was first told the red stain was blood & to basically f*ck off & get it cleaned. Am exchanging emails with them for the last 2 weeks and there customer servic is appauling. They have no interest in keeping customers happy. Anyone out there even thinking about ordering off this site I would highly recommend that you rethink your decision...

Buyer Beware! When we received the dress it was 4 inches longer on one side, the pleating in the bodice was missing so many stitches and was a gaping mess, the bead work under the bust was sewn on crooked and so it looked and laid funny and the jacket had the sleeve sewn on upside down. We had to have considerable alterations done to the dress for it to be wearable. The coloring was darker than the shade we had chosen. It did take a good month or so to receive it. I would never buy from them again! The quality was nothing like the site pictures.The lack of quality lead me to think the dress was made by a 10 yr old child in a sweatshop!

I ordered a prom dress from here along with a friend, hers arrived pretty quickly but was of poor quality and of a different fabrice.
It took over three months of constant emailing and pathetic replies from the company to finally recieve the dress. And it doesnt look the same and had loose threads and poorly cut fabric.
They asked for photos of the problems with the dress but they will not upload to their site and they say they cannot do anything about it!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! WASTE OF MONEY!

I bought two dresses from this site. When the dresses arrived they were terrible quality and were not as the picture showed. One of my dresses had a pin sewn under the chiffon and cannot be removed and the other dress wasn't even made from the same material shown in the picture. I tried to get a refund on the dresses however they wouldn't listen and kept saying they are perfectly fine when they obviously weren't and I showed them photo proof. The dresses also didn't fit. So I'm stuck with 2 dresses that are crap and 2 small so unwearable and I'm pretty sure no one else will wear them so i have wasted a lot of money

I orderd a prom dress on this website. When the dress arrived at my house i thought i was going to die! The dress design was nothing like the one i orderd! The color wasnt right and the dress looked like $#*!! There was threads hanging off there was a major defect on on side of the hip on the dress! And they didnt want to give me my money back.! They told me to send them the dress back and they will give me my money back and its been a month and i still haven't gotten my money back! I just want to go there and blow their place up! Wtf! They stole my 200$
And now i have no dress and no money! Never buy from them

I bought a dress from tidebuy - wish I never had. It was made from a different lace fabric, arrived unfinished and with a stain. When I asked them to please take it back and reimburse me my money I got nothing but silly emails written by a clearly incompetent customer service department telling me the dress is nice and that there are no obvious flaws with it. I am disappointed and angry and would only recommend you one thing: DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCRUPULOUS PEOPLE!

I ordered a wedding dress and got it in 2 weeks. I was excited how fast it arrived to the USA from China. However, when I opened the package, the dress did NOT look like what was pictured/advertised. I then immeidately contacted them by email with intensive writing and even took pictures to proof how horrible and cheap the fabric used... 3 weeks and a half later, they finally responded with a NO for return. I was so sad and disappointed. I even tried posting a my dress and the real picture together on facebook, but she deleted them. I will never order from this site again. I wasted $300+ dollars on an ugly rag.

I bought my wedding dress from this site, and its very boxy on me. I gave them my custom size and everything. The color I chose was champagne, but cam more of a gold color... which I was aiming for. The delivery was quicker than expected, but I had to pay taxes at my door for crossing the border. I like the dress I bough even though it's too big for my petite body, I need to make further alterations which I guess is expected. But it would have been nice for it to be somewhat fitted, there is so much fabric that I will need to take about a handful of fabric out. The dress is similar to the picture... some minor flaws. Overall, it's ok but I won't know if my dress is " the one" until I get the alterations done which is a bit disappointing.

This is the worst customer service I have ever had! I ordered a dress in March and did receive it in time but when i got it the size was wrong, the color was not what I ordered, it was cheaply sewn and the built in bra strap on the back was sewn on backwards. So I e-mailed them and they told me that they had spent a lot of time and money on this order and that it was an easy thing to fix. What?! So I asked for a refund I never got a response. I will be calling my credit card company to dispute this ridiculous charge! Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures, the dresses don't look anything like that!

I purchased a dress for my daughters graduation ball. It took a long time to receive it and when it did finally arrived I was horrified. It was totally the wrong colour ( we ordered deep blue and got pale lilac), it looked nothing like the dress we ordered and the workmanship was disgraceful. I emailed tidebuy immediately with pictures of the dress we ordered and the one we received. I waited 8 days and having received no reply I contacted paypal who withdrew the money I was charged from tidebuy and investigated by claim. They found in my favour and returned my payment in full after I returned the dress. I found that shipping companies very expensive so I sent it by registered post at a fraction of what I was quoted from a shipping company. I will never order anything from this company again and would advise other people not to buy anything from them.

I ordered a wedding dress from Tidebuy.com on Feb. 6/12. I was told it would take 23-30 calendar days before it would be shipped. My dress was not shipped until March 29/12,51 days later. According to the measuring guide and size chart, the dress should have fit me perfectly. I was able to close the zipper but the sleeves did not fit and there was extra material in the bust area. The dress did not look at all like the picture on the website, and the fabric was all wrong too. One of the buttons on the back fell off as I was taking it out of the bag. I am an extremely dissatisfied customer. I will never order from Tidebuy again, and I will tell everyone I can to stay away from it, too. Please, don't ever buy from this company! They are running a huge scam.
