I bought a new tattoo machine through this site. The machine is awesome, but you can buy the same one off different sites. I did not recieve half of my order. I was missing 100 ink cups, an ink cup holder, 50 O-rings, and 50 rubber bands. All in which I kind of need. Then when I tried to dispute the order the never contacted me. So I wrote a bunch of emails, got one phone call and could not understand the guy at all. He said he was going to email me a page that explains what I need to do to get the rest of my order. Well they never did send the email. I have sent numerous messages and made numerous calls and still nothing. I will NEVER go to this site again. I recommend to just stay off of it. They rip you off and they are a joke.
I haven't received my order yet and I'm already having problems. I placed an order with this company website on June 28, current year. I paid this order # ******* through PayPal, and sure enough the money was withdrawn in a matter of seconds. When I received the confirmation of my order I noticed they have changed the color of my original order. I didn't know what to do. On July 8th I have asked them to change it to black via e-mail, which was the color that I always wanted. Since they didn't response to my first request, I decided to contacted them by the Live Chat service they offered, some lady name Nicole, at the beginning she was eager to help but always claiming that the the tailor person was working on that dress and insisted that was the color I ordered. I told her that I didn't, this went back and forth for a good hour. I was call a lier, to be honest that I have made the mistake. At 2:32 a.m. our eastern local time I received an e-mail from this lady Nicole that they are sorry, but they wont change the order, that they are sending me the Ivory. I don't want it, especially when you get this type of treatment. Here in the States, even if the customer makes a mistake, they try to help and please the customer. I want my money back as soon as possible and I am canceling this order. I will go to the press, or whomever if I have to. I already ask this people to cancel my order and want my money back, by the way I should not get a shipping and handling deducted from the total paid, since it was free. Also in their refund policy they state if the cancelation is made after 72 hours and the item is alredy paid, they will give me a partial refund. They never mentioned how much. This is a nightmare that by reading previous reviews I should follow my instinct and never order from them. Bad bad way to run a business!
I had ordered a dress for my sons wedding date of 06/23. I placed the order on 4/27 they stated the dress would ship in 18-22 days. I had to email them By the 2nd week of June that I still had not recieved the dress. I was informed they would rush the dress and apparently they did. I had layers of organza from waist to knee. They were cut crooked that the satin underneth was visable. Two of the layers were exactly the same length which created a large gap. They had sewn a piece of the material on the bottom front of the dress which made it longer in the front than the back. Also some layers were not sewn on completely. After numerous emails they finally stated they wanted pictures which I sent. I was informed that I got what I paid for and they were not going to refund my 147.00 and I was asked if I would "be so kind" as to take it to a seamstress here and have it fixed. I told them I Had paid for a dress that had poor workmanship and there fore had to purchase another dress for the wedding and now your asking me to take it and have it fixed. Their response was YES.
Do not buy a formal dress from Tidebuy.! The quality of workmanship is like a two-yr old made the dress and when you try to complain about it you're told "too bad " and that is if you can manage to communicate with them on their website which resets itself every few seconds so no matter what you try to message them. It does not go through! I was not charged shipping costs. Thank God for something! Lesson learned. DO not buy from this company!

I am in Hong Kong and ordered a dress for my graduation party.
The color of the dress I ordered was red, but the dress I got was scarlet, which even looks like orange in the sunlight.
They refused to give me refund, saying it is common when you're online shopping.

I ordered a prom dress that looked amazing, so checked the sizes and got my mum to measure me! I thought this would come down how it looked. However, by the time it came down, months after ordering it. The dress was too small, a different colour than I had chosen, a different material and a different shape! Then as it had said you can return the dress if it didn't fit, I assumed I could send it back. However they would not let me return the dress, then asked for photos of it not fitting including measurements. This went on for months. You could see clearly that the dress did not fit, then they blamed me for not measuring properly when I used their guideline. So they refused to refund the dress! Was very disappointed, I would advise you NOT use this website!
Worst experience ever! Any good review guaranteed they wrote it themselves! The dress was pink instead of ivory, threads hanging, poor quality, doesn't get to you in time and they ignore your emails about a refund. They say the same things to everyone who tries to get a refund, "oh we can't see the pictures you sent" "take them in sunlight" bla bla then just stop answering email. These ignorant Chinese need to be shut down! Worse so called Buisness ever!
TIDEBUY DONT BUY - I ordered a dresss, paid in full, paid the import duty on delivery, opened to find a shoddy faulty dress, ripped on the bodice, cheap material badly made. Contacted their "customer service" and when they eventually replied they said they didnt think it was a bad rip and that I should take it to a local tailors to have it repaired and within second reply from them they suggested I should give it to a friend or a member of my family either as a gift or sell it to them! They offered me $5 off my next order - as if! This company is an absolute disgrace and I cannot believe they are allowed to trade - their website should be closed down. They have stopped answering my emails.
Anyone considering purchasing through Tidebuy should steer well clear and avoid the stress and hassle of dresses that differ from the one that they order, not matching description or picture. I even ordered larger than necessary to be sure the dress would fit and it still did not. I requested a refund based on the fact that it was not as described or pictured but was told that I should feel sorry for whoever made it as they had tried their best and that I should try to have more understanding and try to like it! How ridiculousI The website states a returns policy, but believe me, there is no returns policy as you are either ignored or made to feel bad without ever actually getting what you want, your money back!
Terrible. Buyer beware! Basically a rip off site. It takes much longer than they state to get your order. I have been waiting for months and still no dress. Now I see that others have complained about the quality. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered the dress. Do not buy from this company!

I bought a flower girl dress for my daughter. But what they sent me is just a " rag".
The dress was made wiht reused cloth. I could see a lot of sewing holes on dress cloth. And even lots of long threads were fluttering out. The dress skirt laces are cut and attachend on dress cloth. The problem is the edges of laces are smoked dirty. The worst thing is they are not refunding me, saying it's still beautiful! Tidebuy is kind of fraud!
I purchased 2 prom dresses for my daughter that were to be from Dave & johnny collection. She tried on at store so we researched to see if we could purchase cheaper elsewhere. Should have known too good to be true. The dresses from Tidebuy were NOTHING like real ones, too short for her to wear and not close to right fabric, beading or fit. I immmediately emailed customer service about issue, They said send pics. Then those pics were not good enough, send "this way". Then wouldn't refund because it took too long! I am pissed and will tell everyone I know how bad this company is and a ripoff!

I ordered a dress for my daughter's graduation without reading these reviews. I wish I had. It was ordered on March 20th and it is now May 23rd. I informed them that I needed the dress by June 1st and they told me they were making it a priority. It has not been shipped yet and so I attempted to cancel the order. They told me that all they would refund is the shipping because they have spent money on labor and materials. How is that possible when the dress is not made yet? Please do not order anything from this site.
My mother bought me my first prom dress from tidebuy, BTW, i am just 14 and i find the dress is okay. Size fits me well, i am 5ft or so. But i don't white is a good color for a prom dress since that's the color of wedding.

I bought i ball dress from here and it came really quick and they emailed me telling me its being processed and shipped... BUT when i received the dress it was horrible. It was as if i bought a complete different dress to the one advertised. The company advises the customer to measure their length with no shoes on i assumed the company would have allowed the extra shoe length when they were making it. BUT NO they didn't. When i received the dress it was right length when i was bare footed but when i put shoes on it was so hideously high off the ground it was horrible. Also the dress made me look fat and im a size 6 in general. DO NOT PURCHASE OFF THIS SITE ESPECIALLY IN CUSTOM SIZE. They don't take responsibility for any of their mistakes and when you have clearly emailed them images of the dress they say they 'havn't received it'
