DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered a Blonde Wig from this website and the wig I received was brown with a bit of blonde on the top, I sent an email to complain and was told the quality of the product was great and the price was reasonable and I it was a nice wig and I would look more elegant when wearing it.
I sent pictures and complained again and got the same sort of reply, they said my computer monitor hadn't shown me the right colour and I got what I ordered and I would look pretty anyway.
I emailed 4 times to no avail, I am now lodging a dispute with PAYPAL

Absolutely THE WORST experience I've ever had dealing with anyone online, ever. My wife ordered a wedding dress from them, and when they finally sent it after two months, it looked so bad in literally every way possible (stitching, fitting, fabric quality, detail work, color... am I missing anything?) that it made her cry. She sent a prompt email after receiving the dress, but they immediately told her this:
"Tidebuy.com has the right not to handle the case that the buyer fails to provide any valid evidences within 7 working days. If you are not satisfied with the items you received and want to open a dispute on our website, we suggest you'd better provide enough evidences timely, which is very helpful for you to get a refund or return."... and an abundance of other BS that they consistently copied and pasted in every following communication with us. It went on, a pattern of emailing them, waiting two weeks for a response, only to get the same message. I gave up after two months of persisting.

The worst experience ever! I ordered a bridal dress. The dress was disgusting! Even unwearable ever! It is not close to the picture for 0.1%! The dress was unbelievable! The fabric was the worst fabric I have ever seen! I didn't notice the existence of such fabric on earth! I am really shocked! Of course it was thrown in garbage immediately!

If you think you are getting the dress in the picture you are very much mistaken, they pinch them from real designers, the dress you get will be a piece of crap, made of inferior fabrics not even finished off and cut out properly, you will be wasting your money, go to a proper wedding shop and buy what you can see and feel that is the real thing from the real designer. You have been warned.

Beware of tidebuy site. It's a fake, liar, falsifier company. They will take your money without sending you anything. I have a personal bad experience with them, I lost my money when I pay through paypal to buy 2 handbags. In the site they mention it will take maximum 10 days. Im waiting for one month now but didn't receive anything! They don't even reply to my emails!

Please share this between your friends in all public sites to worn people of dealing with this robber company..

Tide buy is a horrible company. I ordered 3 dresses for my daughters wedding and the first two shipped and the size were so off. My daughter's wedding dress was not maternity as they claimed and we ordered it bigger and it still was way too tight in the belly. I had to have it altered to add fabric for her to wear in the wedding. The second dress the size was way off and the sewing was terrible and they kept telling me it was beautiful and expertly made. I had to fight with them and only received $50 back for an $170 dress. The third dress I cancelled and they only want to give me 10% back but I fought and got a full refund. I sent pictures in to prove my case and they kept saying they weren't good enough. I sent them at least 30 pictures. That company is so bad that It makes me want to never order on line again. DO NOT BUY FROM TIDE BUY!

My daughter ordered a homecoming dress from them and unfortunately ordered the wrong size. They will not accept returns unless they made the mistake. Their customer service is horrible, and I believe the business model is set up to screw the consumer. They don't care about customer service at all. Please stay away or just be prepared to make a donation because they don't care whether you are taken care of or not!

This company is the worst company i have ever delt with,,, they take pic of american products and try to reproduce them i got a compleate rip off of the veil i orderd when i asked for a refund the asked for pic so i sent them and them they refused to answer me any more. The only reture email i got was here r some copuns for ur next order... please do not deal with this horibble company!

I was very scared to order a dress from this site, as everything I read was negative reviews. However, I was so happy with my dress and must say I am very impressed with the service I received. The dress was at my house 2 weeks after I ordered it, it is very well sewn and is exactly as the picture on the website. Furthermore, the color is perfect. Such a low price for a high quality product! Maybe I just got lucky but I am very happy with the dress and would order from this site again.

Their customer service team does not understand English, so therefore you will continue to go back and forth with no resolution. They shipped me the incorrect item, so I emailed them pictures proving the item in my account does not match the item I received. They continue to tell me there is nothing wrong with the quality... when obviously it was not a quality issue but an issue of the wrong item being shipped to me. I have emailed them probably 7 times and I've now given up. Do not spend your money here!

I bought a wedding dress off of this site and then saw the reviews. YIKES! I panicked. I sent a message to the company and they assured me that my dress would be great. I ordered the dress on July 22 and received it on August 10. The dress was not EXACTLY like the site showed, but still beautiful and well made. I ended up paying $150 for a lookalike of a $900 dress. Pretty good to me.

Do Not order from Tidebuy! I repeat DO NOT order from Tidebuy! I have had the worst experience with the. Ordered a dress from their website, once it came to me it looked like i was wearing a heavy costume. It was horrible! Color was different, the lining was so thick it felt like i was wearing a wool coat and the shoulder straps were overlapping and bunching. Emailed them, live chatted with them. Both ways were hopless. Cant call them cause they are located in China. The response from emails showed that they dont care, asked me to feel sorry for them cause they didnt make money off my dress, then another email telling me to take it to a seamstress to fix the problem. Soon after they would begin to ignore my emails. They even went as far as to block me from their live chat! This was going on for three weeks and getting nowhere. They even had the audacity to offer me only a 15.00 refund.( my dress cost me 200.00). I finally went through Paypal, THANK GOD FOR PAYPAL! I should be receiving my refund shortly. Please donot order frm Tidebuy, but if you wanna take your chances, just make sure you pay through paypal. I finally ordered the same dress from DHGate.com (andybride) The dress was perfect, and they have A plus customer servce.

I ordered a wig from Tidebuy.com. I never received it. When I contacted them they said they were busy, but would start to make huh? My wig. I assumed when I ordered it that it was already made and in stock. Never buy anything from this company. I think they are a scam and a fraud.

I ordered a wedding gown from this site. I ordered the size exactly per their instructions, but when I received the dress it did not fit properly and was way too long. I emailed them regarding the issues and they gave me the run around. They asked that I send in pictures of myself with a measuring tape showing various measurements. I did as they requested, but the pictures weren't good enough for them, so I resent, but still not good enough. I got tired of dealing with them and will just eat the cost of this dress and find another one. Do not order from this company

This company is awful. I had a destination Wedding, but had an at home reception and I order a short white cocktail dress from this site. I got it and it was very cheap looking and the zipper was very difficult to zip up. It would zip but it was difficult because it would get stuck. I emailed to take it back because i don't think i should have paid $160 for a dress that's zipper is hard to zip, and they wouldn't take it back. So I decided to wear it since I paid so much for it, and I was ready to get dressed for my recpetion and I put the dress on and again i had it zipped and the zipper broke right before my recpetion so I didn't have a dress to wear. I emailed them pictures and they said the following:
Due to your dress was custom handmade, little sewing issue is allowed. For freshly made zipper, this is a very common issue. We advice you to keep the beautiful dress which is specifically designed and handmade for you like no other dress in the world. Please note that we are not a re-seller, which means we don't have any products in stock. We are a manufacture that make your dress exactly according to your purchase request. All the dresses are custom make so we don't resell dresses. So return means all the energy and cost we have spent on the dress will be in vain.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

I have ordered mother of bride dress. IT IS FUNERAL HOME DRESS.
It is unwearable. Everything is wrong: fabric, colour, size, terrible look and sewing job, length, stains on fabric.
Nobody ever will buy it even for $1.
TITEBUY REFUSE TO REFUND MONEY.
DON'T EVER BELIBE IN THEIR RETURN POLICY.

I am very dissappointed with Tidebuy. Purchased a dress a little while ago, recieved it promptly but there were obvious faults with it. There have been any emails back and forth but they either tell me to think of their costs or that it is my fault. I was wondering if someone could help me out on how to go about getting my money back from PayPal? This is my number 1 objective right now, absolutely sick of dealing with these people!;/
