I was terrified looking at the negative reviews here. But now I am happy when I got the delivery of the dress. The dress was awesome and perfect, I never can ask more from them. I recommend them to others.
I ordered these pink stello heels. The picture didn't match at all what i got which was exposed seams visible glue and overall $#*!ty quality. I sent them pictures and consistently contacted them and all they would say was that it was " beautiful pair of shoes " that if i didn't like the exposed seams i could take it to get fixed at a seamstress what a $#*!ing rip off. I have never had such horrible customer service.
I absolutely love the dress I received from TideBuy.com. I got a recommendation from a coworker, and the only thing I could find wrong was 2 lose strings and one lose bead that was completely unnoticeable. It was delivered a week early, and I paid less for that dress (for the marine corps ball) than I ever spent on my dresses for prom. Beautiful quality. Wish I could post a picture here!
I am writing this on the experience which I gained after transacting on this site. I had purchased an over coat for my wife few months back. Product got delivered in 9 days which was fine enough as per the rate charged for courier service. We were shocked to see such an expensive overcoat at such lesser rate than the market price of branded products. Quality of the fabric used was the best available in market, and design was excellent. I reviewed few other products with some other websites and found the pricing to be very reasonable, as these are designer clothes competing with the latest designs of other brands available in the market.
Overall this was good online purchase experience. I have one suggestion, if they can introduce men's clothing then can increase their business earnings. Will surely look for future purchases from this site.
Only regret is that they have to find some way to expedite the delivery of the product. If they can find some way to deliver the product much faster and this would become one of the good ecommerce sites.
I have also suggested few of my friends to visit this site. And one additional suggestion, as Christmas is fast approaching, please provide additional discounts.
I was very skeptical about this site because of the reviews but then I decided to order a dress from there anyways. I was surprised. The dress was gorgeous. I can upload pictures if anyone is interested. I brought this to my professional seamstress and she was happy also. Next up... a wedding dress. Will report on this.
I bought a wedding dress from tidebuy.com 3 months ago, thanks to tidebuy.com, it bring me a terrific wedding, the wedding dress made me so pretty that, my husband said I was the most amazing bride in the world!
I'm in tears. My wedding is a month away and my dress FINALLY came. The sizing is teriible (it doesn't fit at all), and the quality is so bad! It looks like my five year old nephew sewed the dress together. Actually, he might have done a better job. The shoulder straps are uneven. Visibly uneven. One is three inches bigger than the other. It's impossible to get your money back. :'( I don't know what to do. Stay away from this site!
I've never purchased from tidebuy, but I have a question about the wig units. Has anyone purchased a wig from them?
This isn't a site I would recommend to anyone. I ordered my wedding dress through this place, but they emailed me saying that they couldn't possibly make the dress I picked, and that the fabric and everything needed to be changed about it because they "didn't have the right lace". I didn't like this, so I emailed them back saying to cancel my order. They refused a refund, and I never got my dress.
A horrible, horrible site. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Don't buy from them.
Ordered 2 wedding dresses worth $400. Both were poor quality... nothing like the pictures. Cheap looking and ink visible at the seams that showed trhough the fabric. Couldnt wear neither and i requested permission to return immediately and everytime they said the pics showed nothing was wrong... they actually offered me $10. To fix it myself... BEWARE!
I ordered a prom dress and it took forever to receive it! Upon arrival, it was wrinkled and cheap. I tried to return it the day I got it and customer service replied 1 week later that THEY DO NOT RETURN ITEMS. I am out $169.00 Never will order again and strongly recommend you don't either. I wish I had read something like this!
