Hi everybody. I live in Oklahoma USA. I was here in China for doing my medical course here. When I finished my studies and was going back to home my younger sister needed some dresses. I had to do a lot of packing and hardly had anytime to shop around in the market. So I ordered it from tidebuy.com. I received it to my room where I was living within one day. I was very happy as it saved a lot of time for me. When I gave the dress to my sis she was the happiest person on this earth. She kept on boasting to her friends that my elder sis brought it from China. We also reunited and had very happy moments together. Will order again,

I ordered a dress from here and it was terrible. The dress in the picture was gorgeous and probably a high quality brand, tidebuy makes knock offs of them and I might add they are horrible at it. My dress I got came in completely wrong colors, they didnt match the picture at all. The beading was also very minimal and sloppy, not as pretty as the picture. I emailed a complaint about it and they were very difficult about the whole thing, not helping me or offering me a refund at all, hardly even apologized for their poor service. I couldn't get any info on sending it back for a refund out of them so I ended up stuck with a hideous dress and out about $100. That's my rant, I was EXTREMELY upset with them, they're a huge scam.
Tidebuy.com is one of my favorite online shopping site. I used to shop from them time to time. Actually I love shopping from them for various reasons. First of all, they have an enriched collection of different dress of very good quality. Secondly, they always maintain accurate measurement. And thirdly they never miss shipment and the price is also moderate. Last time I bought an evening dress for me, that was pretty cool. I'm highly satisfied with their service. Im an american citizan i orderd a wedding dress for my wife i payed by western union after 30 days they sent the wrong color and the wrong size wedding dress, everytime i called nobody spoke clear english they spoke chinese, this company is in china. I losy my money, finally they answerd the phone and they told me theres no return policy, this company is very bad it is a scam do not trust or buy from this company.

I ordered a size 10 dress, TIDEBUY sent a size 4 dress. I sent it back and the customer service did not send me back the money for the returned dress. They did not even reply to my e-mails. Please be aware, do not fall in the same trap.

We bought a dress from this site, but the zipper would not work. The way it was sewn in, it was impossible to zip. We discovered that they only allow a 7 day period to bring defects to their attention (buried in the fine print on their website - not under "Returns", but under "Disputes".
The communication with these people is awful - their English is broken, and they do not understand very well. I would not recommend dealing with these people, because if anything goes wrong, you will probably not get any help.
HORRIBLE! Total SCAM. I cancelled an order within 24 hours, so according to their return policy, I was subject to 40% refund of total cost. They claimed they never received my cancellation email, even though they received all other emails from me. They did not refund my money.

Tidebuy.com is a terrific website! Their service is timely and very helpful, especially if your a man trying to order a dress to suprise his wife. I had no trouble at all with the sizing and figuring out what style night dress would be perfect for my wife. I will defiantly be using Tidebuy again and for all my wife's suprise gifts! I really needed a website like Tidebuy as a man because I wouldn't even know what store to go to let alone getting the sizing correct. Also the service is quick not like some other websites which can take weeks or even months to get your dress. The dress i bought from Tidebuy was perfect for all the environments I was in. I wore the dress for location shots prior to getting married and the pictures were AMAZING! Highly recommend Tidebuy to any bride! I got married last week and received a lot of compliments about the dress! I was a bit hesitant ordering my dress online and not trying it on, but it fit beautifully. I ordered a standard size, not custom, and I did not have to alter the dress!
Worst customer service EVER!
I can't comment on the quality of the items... because they never arrived... but they still kept my money!
I paid the expedited shipping so my order would be sent to a hotel I was staying at in the USA. When it became clear that the goods would not be dispatched within the max 8 days stated, I asked them to change the shipping address to my billing address. No problem, they assured me. A week later the goods had still not been shipped, again I emailed customer service to confirm that it would not be sent to the hotel (which I had long since left) and they assured me the shipping address had been changed.
2 hours after that email, they dispatched the goods to the hotel.
I do not live in the USA, I do not know anybody in the USA. I asked tidebuy to contact the courier and redirect the package to me, they ignore my request and the package was delivered to the hotel. I asked them to arrange for a new pick-up to get the package from the hotel to me. Their response:
"As we are too far away from you, if you can contact with your USA friends, then it will be easier to solved"
So they take my money, they admit they made a mistake and the items were sent to the wrong address, but they refuse to do anything to remedy it!
I was looking for a such a great shop which can provide the best dress for my Girlfriend. It was not about the price, but it was more about the good looking issue. They delivered such a awesome dress beyond my expectations. Many thanks to them as she is very happy.

Very bad experience... very poor service and poor quality of their items... i am currently fighting for my refund which they refused. They would not give me return address by ignoring my emails for 4 weeks. I raised this case with paypal, I am hoping for resolution to come.

This dress is DELIGHTFUL! AMAZING! FABULOUS! I am SO excited to wear it for my party! I feel like such a princess with it on! I am very pleased and happy with it as well as my mom. We just received today, about a half an hour ago. We ordered it less than three weeks ago and it came so fast! The design is perfect!
