I'm so aggrivated i can't even see straight. I left a review on their website and of course it was never published. Customers never see real reviews of purchases because this company has no integrity. Fit was amazingly off (there was a huge gather of material that made a pooch over the stomach area. NOT a dress design as i was told for one of the excuses for the defect. The lining and the fabric were sewn differently causing that effect.) i sent pictures. Then i got the run around. Nothing was ever done

If anyone's ever considered buying from an international reseller called "Tidebuy", I warn you to avoid this company. There's no customer service and the web site is really fishy (erratic reloads, timers, and questionable in nature and grammar). I bought a dress from them, thinking the reviews were positive and legitimate. Everyone had something nice to say. When I received the dress, it was not only incorrectly designed, it was poorly made. I've asked for a refund as well as coverage for the shipping and handling (which they even claimed not to charge on this particular dress) and it's been several weeks since my first email was sent. Weeks later, no reply. I sent out more emails today, using every method of contact possible, even going through PayPal as an intermediary. Still no effort. I've been scammed. Tidebuy.com = bad news and bad luck. Not sure what I'm going to do with the dress. BTW, it was supposed to be my wedding dress.

Please do not review if you are The new collection of dresses is all I got from tidesbuy.com. I like this site because it gives me an opportunity to get wonderful dresses at a best price. I like the way they make their delivery very fast. I will always shop a tidesbuy because it gives me best opportunity to have latest cloths that have just arrived to the market. I will always shop at this site. Before I discover about this site I had been having lots of problems in trying find place to order dresses as I do love buying new dresses and now I am very happy that I discovered tidebuy. Comaffiliated or have a conflict of interest with this website.

I have had problems searching for sweet dresses but after i found tidebuy it was the answer i needed. I now make my orders just as I sit back at home one good thing about tidebuy.com that i have realized is that you can get the latest dresses that are coming into the market from there.it has really saved my time and money which i will otherwise have wasted in searching of cloths.it is a real place where you can get your dress so fast and also secure as you can be refunded back your money in case you do not get your orders or exact dress you had ordered but it is usually minimal for that to happen.

I wanted wedding dresses, wedding jackets, flower girl dresses and as I searching on internet I came across tidesbuy.com and Wow there was plenty of them which looked so nice I like all this dresses a lot. My girls really like it and I have had no setback since I ordered from them. They are of sweet design and of good quality. The good thing I have also notice at tidebuy.com is that you can get all the latest types of dresses.tidebuy.com is the only place I will order my dresses For I get the best from them at a very affordable price.

Order a dress for prom. Dress never even shipped prior to the dance. I sent message, after message. I kept receiveing an "automated reply" with the same message saying; your order is being processed, please don't worry! When I tried to call the company... The phone number was disconnected! When I filed a dispute and asked for a refund, the screen to open a dispute kept erasing my message and blanking out. Took me 15 tries before it went through... Then it never even showed up in the system. This company is a JOKE, if its even real! Now, I am going to file a FRAUD CLAIM with my credit card company. What a NIGHTMARE! DON"T EVEN THINK ABOUT TAKING A CHANCE WITH THIS COMPANY... SERIOUSLY!

DO NOT BUY! I'm serious, I read some good reviews and ignored the bad ones, thought I might be lucky! Well, no! And you will probably be in the same situation if you don't listen. I bought a dress for a wedding party that was size M and I specifically read the measurements for this size, and based on what they show, it should fit. But it didn't, too small in the back, plus the dress that cost over $200 (not cheap I would say) looked terrible, very disproportional, "goofy" quite, not like pictured. Of course they said it's not their fault and they don't refund anything if it's not their mistake. Even if their refund policy states "if there is a quality issue", I'm not sure what they understand by "quality issue". I still have a suborder processing that I have requested to be cancelled, but I am sure they will not do it. Of course their dispute page does not work... so convenient. I opened a dispute with Paypal and next I will open one with my bank. They are just some charlatans!

I have written a ridiculous amount of email and they will not refund my money! This sight is a $#*! Ing joke! I lost my money and had to buy a new dress! Tidebuy can write as many comments to people as they want, it's compete bull$#*!. I am now taking legal action against the company and my lawyer stated I have a great case and will get my money back! I guess I should of known not to order my dres from a country that has 3 year olds making their dresses! This company should be ashamed and I'm going after them full force! Most people give up but I am seeing this through until I get my money back! Scumbags! I just got an email yesterday from them and they offered to give me a $3 refund! Wtf really? $3. Such an insult! I've been fighting with this company the day my dress came in and they are awful! NEVER buy from here. It is the worst customer service ever! They obviously make their money on scamming people! Thankfully I bought a new dress and I love it. But I am going to hound these people till I get my money back! And tidebuy don't be writing in this post saying " oh give us your order number and we help you". Bull$#*! you've had my order number in the ******* emails I have wrote you and you've done jack $#*!! Now I am going to plaster my reviews everywhere to make sure another person doesn't fall victim to your joke of a company
