Tidebuy.com – buyer beware! I ordered a $200 dress from this online manufacturer and the product I received was just simply horrible.

The bodice material did not cover where the skirt started and it looked unfinished. There were several loose threads, unraveling appliqués, and the sleeves were uneven and badly finished. I sent pictures and requested to get their "mandatory authorization" to return the dress for a refund, according to their stated policy. However, Tidebuy did not comply.

Through a series of dozens of emails over a three-week period they agreed that the dress was badly made but suggested such things as: I could sell the dress to someone else; I could give it away as a gift; I could pay to have a tailor fix it. They upped their offer of compensation from $3 to $5 after three weeks of arguing-?

I gave them plenty of opportunities to make things right, but, in the last email I received from them, they shamelessly implied that, because they are in a developing country, it is okay for them to keep my money and leave me with a dress that I will never wear, because I am in a developed country. I am at a loss for words on this last communication.

I strongly urge anyone contemplating ordering products online, especially clothing, to do research beforehand and heed the warnings of others. I did not, and I have paid $220 for this stupidity on my part.

Well, about this company I have heard a lot of it. I have purchased a dress from their website and met Vera, she is in the customer service department and help me solve my problems.
We have sent e-mails regulaly and she told me many things about tidebuy.
Firstly, tidebuy is not located in Hongkong, they are in Beijing and Xi'an.
Secondly, once you have placed an order, you probably can't get your money back. They will find all kinds of excuses and ask you to give so much pictures of the dress, at last, a month later, you will hear fron them, "I am really sorry, how about $5 refund?"
Thirdly, their dress is really in poor quality, they will handle so many disputes a day. The customers worldwide are very unhappy about the shopping experience.
Fourth, you will see many good reviews of their website, but I swear and Vera prooved it, they have a department specially on this kind of dirty thing. They wrore so many fake information so that many customers can not tell what is right from what is wrong. If there is really a good reveiw, it must be short can't "everthing be perfect", if your customers are wise enough, you can see it.
Fifth, once your order has been placed, you will be anxious about the arrive time. Then you send a message to them, they will reply, "your dress is now in the processing period, we are custom-made product." Actually, you dress? Maybe you can't see a cloth at that time.
Sixth, they also have a good way to deal with us, if you want to refund or return your dress, and you are angry at that time, they will pay no attention to you, a few days later they will tell you refund $5 or $10, if you still disagree, they will not reply you anymore, because they are waiting for you to give up and accept the low price at last.
I have so many things to say, I will say about it tomorrow.

The received dress is very nice, but... The quality is horrible, all material is painted with the marker, everywhere is perfectly visible stitches, there are some places that it isn't even sewed, both outside and internal side of material has the blood stains. You should be ashamed, are you not checking what are you sending? You really do not care about the customers. I am really dissapointed because now. I will have to find another dress for my wedding. I did not expect that you are doing your job so irresponsible. I will never, for anybody, suggest and recommend to buy from tidebuy.com.

I have recently used this company and everything was fulfilled to my satisfaction. I wasn't expecting any thing too miraculous as ordering online is usually without complete straightforwardness but got what i asked for. The product was satisfactory considering it is a cheap purchase after all. Perhaps i am lucky compared to some i have read about but i find buying online especially knowing it is Asia there will sometimes be hiccups. For my pennies worth they seemed fine.

Tidebuy is an excellent website, offering a wide range of top class dresses for the discerning bridal party. The dresses came in all manner of designs from formal to casual, and the stitching is second to none. We got excellent customer service – I must say they made a great effort to be helpful even when language was a bit of a challenge. All in all, we have a good experience, the dresses for the bride and maids came in on time and adjustments were made as required and in a timely manner.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with tidebuy.com. I received a dress from today, which is too big on me (not to mention looks cheap and nothing like it did online). When I emailed them for their return address, they've requested photos? Fine, I sent them photos which clearly illustrate the dress not fitting properly only to find out that they have no intentions of refunding me. So, I'm stuck with a cheap dress which I would normally not even pay $20 should I see it at the store. They give a bad name to online shopping, even though there are a number of honest online stores out there. I would stay away from Tidebuy.

Hi, i ordered a dress from tidebuy dresses online, and after i ordered it i read the reviews i was terrified, as i need the dress for my brothers engagement, as many reviews are taking about receiving the dress after a month or so, and the fabric is really cheap, different color, different size. From my experience, i received the dress just on time, the color was awesome, the fabric is just great, i really loved it, and i am happy i didnt read the reviews before ordering the dress.

I can just tell you this... THOSE GUYS $#*!ED UP MY WEDDING! I can't believe that! I ordered a dress coming torn! And the invoice says 75.09$ and I payed 190$, what da hell is that! They don answer your calls or emails when they sent you the dresses, and the package from UPS, OMG, don let me start, the dress like coming from a DOG'S MOUTH, F those people, I'll never recommend them, and plz don ignore that like "she's just an angry client" coz am not, am just telling you guys the truth, and you can't do anything to them since they're in China, but lucky me am a flight attendant and am gonna let them pay

This company is an absolute scam I purchased a dress for my brothers wedding.it took four months to arrive. When it did finally arrived I was discussed with the workmanship. The dress was poorly made, seams not sewn, stitches missing, holes in. The dress. They suggested I take it to my dressmaker. They must be crazy it was only fit for the garbage bin. After sending many emails they stopped replying $300 down the drain SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE ABOUT THIIS COMPANY. They are causing so much heartbreak to customers

I Ordered two gowns from Tidebuy. Both arrived with faults which were not taken care of or acknowledged by the company at all. The first gown had a minor fault which i would have easily overlooked except that the company's treatment of my inquiry brings me here to write this review, on the second gown i never received any reply to my emails to their service line, the fault was that they had sent me a completely different colour dress than what i had ordered. The issue was never acknowledged and the emails were never replied to.

I am recommending tidebuy.com to all my friends as have tasted nice stuff there. I have ordered dresses, skirts and proms from there and every time I shop at tide buy I always get the best from tidebuy.com they also ensure that what you ordered for reach your desired destination with no delay. Customers staff always act immediately when contacted and also the exactly item you had ordered for reaches you and above their pricing is really promising.

My husband was going on a series of business trips about a week ago and he wanted me to accompany him. However when they arrived I had lost some weight and the dresses did not fit as well. When I called the store with this information, they were very helpful. They offered me either a refund as soon as I returned the clothes or a new size of clothes. Pleasantly surprised I chose the latter and I was happy with the choice of shopping on the site.

One thing I liked about this site, tidebuy.com, was how fast i was able to navigate through their website, I placed an order for my girlfriend, Am glad I got the exact dress I had ordered "Gorgeous Mini Empire Strapless Dashas Prom" It fitted her perfectly. I was almost losing trust because of some comments I read before. They offered an easy payment option called western union money transfer. I have placed another order for ear rings. I will update this post once I get them

I ordered a dress from tidebuy about a month ago, then the next day i staarted reading reviews posted here and i became worried that i have lost my money. Ihad completely forgotten about it when i received my letters their was a package and the dress in it. Its just what i had ordered and it looks good on me. Not the low quality dresses one would think, very nice fabric. I emailed company to tell them my dress has been delivered.
