Tidebuy have been online for some time now and based on many reviews, the site can be trusted. It was just a few months ago I decided finally to give it a try before I could write my own review about the company. The customer support was good and they helped me a lot with my questions. I had to make sure that whatever I was paying for was worth it. It a few weeks my dress was delivered and since then it is a store that I can buy more dresses from.

If you have a personal experience about something then you can easily give a genuine review. For like a year now, I have shopped twice with tidebuy and my experience is that they are a genuine company not a scam. The dresses I have bought one was for me and the other for my teenage daughter. Both dresses came out perfectly just as I had wished for. My friends had had such a bad experience with other online stores so I was afraid may be the dress will come unfinished or something just weird. But tidebuy proved wrong my worries

I browsed to the website of TB dress when got to know about from my friend. I loved the collection and the prices were compatible. I Ordered a for a pink color full length evening gown and some accessories for the occasion of my wedding anniversary. I was overwhelmed when my order arrived. The dress was fabulous and exactly the same that appeared in the website. The jewelry complimented the dress and added five stars to it. M really thankful to TB dress for making my day. I will highly recommend TB Dress.

I was not confident about online purchases until I came across tidebuy.com. I got to know about TB dress from one of my friend who once shopped from TB dress and now she is a regular customer. I was looking for a party dress for my best friend's birthday party. As I was engaged in work most of the times, I could not personally go to any store and buy a dress for myself. I was really disturbed as this was happening with me. Once I was simply surfing on internet, I came across Tidebuy.com. I could not only find the just right dress for party but I also got matching footwear and accessories from here which were highly reasonably priced. I am thankful to Tidebuy.com as I stole all the attention instead of my friend at her party..

DO NOT ORDER FROM TIDEBUY!

I had ordered 3 dresses at the total cost of 444 US$ (!) All in a very crappy quality, bad finishing, poor lining- the lining shows at the sides of the dresses! All of the dresses had been paid extra for a custom size, ALL CAME IN DIFFERENT SIZES! And I mean a size 12 in comparison to a size 4 ordered!

They take much urge in claiming their money, but when it comes to dealing with a dispute, you are likely to be left standing with a cheap, ugly and wrong-sized dress. Obviously I DID NOT get any refund nor help from them.

Just one short quote from their customer service: "Please be aware that all the dresses are custom made after you place the order. It is really a difficult work for us to finish them in such a short time". So why do you commit on quality and custom sizing if you know, in advance, that you can not provide it?! UUUGHGHGHH! (sorry, i'm just so mad right now).

Hi. I'm a real person, I pinky promise. I ordered a prom dress from this site. I didn't do the research in advance, however, and after I started getting kind of sketchy emails from them saying "You order is in the processing and will be ship soon" I started getting nervous. I read other reviews saying the site was a scam, and got REALLY scared- I had just dropped a lot of money on a prom dress and I didn't have time to order another one in case this one didn't show up. I contact customer service, tried chatting with them. They continually told me my dress was being processed. I did my best to be very polite and cordial with them, not wanting to get on their bad side. I did, in fact, end up receiving my dress in the mail in time for prom, and it actually was fairly good quality. I had submitted custom measurements, so it fit very well, and I really liked the dress. I will not, however, be ordering again from this website, based on other reviews. I got SO scared about my prom dress that I wouldn't wanna risk it again with anything else!

So I guess, I'm a witness to the fact that they do sometimes send out good products, but I've heard so many bad things that I really wouldn't recommend using this site.
