Gorgeous dress, well made and fantastic quality material. I was very impressed with the quality of the dress. Shipping was also really fast-i got it just a few days after i have ordered it. Very happy overall.
Bought a long gown based on the picture on the website. The gown material and details are way off from the original. Sent them an email regarding the return and after 2 emails, they replied and want pictures to substantiate the claim. Learning from the other reviews that they won't give a full refund, I may have to give up the effort. No wonder, they are far cheaper than the same gowns shown on the other legitimate websites. Tidebuy is very misleading and extremely disappointing. Have used other websites before in ordering gowns, but this one is such a bad experience.
I've ordered a wedding dress from Tidebuy and after 2 months they hav realised that they are not able to sew it for me. I've been waiting for the refund since november and nothing, you can call them, send messages but they are lying all the time.
Dress received was poor quality (nothing like the website picture), badly made (frayed with a needle left in it and the ruffles did not hang evenly) and was the wrong size. We had asked for the length to take account of 5" heels. Initially Tidebuy claimed it had been made to the correct length, then later claimed that we had given no special instructions. However, we gave 2 special instructions & the other had been complied with - they were unable to explain how this could be if they had received no special instructions!
We were met with never ending requests for photos, vidoes & measurement confirmations. Their response was always the same 'Oh how beautiful you look' etc. Sadly we have now found dozens of reviews from people who have had exactly the same experience. Oh, and don't bother posting a bad review on their own site - they simply remove it.
We were eventually offered £9 refund on a £120 dress. We got fed up with these awful people so we took it and dumped the dress. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Cool. Yeah, that is my feeling of the shopping experience online. I bought a Flower Girl Dress for my daughter, that is really cute and beautiful, how i wish i could be a little girl. Everyone amazed and most of my friends decided to have a try, that is a lot of fun and this really a successful shopping experience. THANK YOU!
I can't believe, the rate of this website are so low. What a lucky that i have bought my outwear from tidebuy and be satisfied with it. That is fashion enough and good quality worth the price. Simply Amazing! Love this coat :)

First the are not telling the truth about the time for processing the told me 8 days for the lingerie to process the take one month and more so i contacted paypal but they are trying to come with me in adeal but they told me give us atime we r hurrying it for you then after two day maybe they said it is ready but we cant send it until you close the dispute in paypal but no profe of that so i refuse then after two days of trying to give the receipe of shipping they said not ready and do you want it or not!? So we can talk to you acourding i said no not anymore because of his playing around the truth he said we can not refund you sorry

My friend also buy 7dresses they told her alow 28 day for processing in our factory and 2 week to be in your door
Now she finish 45 days from time of paying money and only two dresses finish and shipped to her the other said still processing
She is sainding emails to them but no response until yesterday she sent massege to them telling that it is last two days for them and she will contact paypal the respond telling it is ther usual busy time and they have abig number of order and they are tring to keep my order high priority!
After 45 days finish even now she cant complain to paypal for refund because it is more than 45 days but she wanted to give them achance to send the other or she will go to the bank if needed a dispute

Ordered 2 dresses on 2 feb 2012, 1st dress came within 4 weeks, 2nd dress came today 62 days from ordering. Sent them quite a few emails asking why the delay, kept being told to be patient it is going through quality control. Although the dresses are made ok, the sizes are not what you ordered. Luckily for me i have lost weight since date of order and have dropped 2 dress sizes otherwise they would not have fitted me. I would not recommend this site due to incorrect sizing and very poor customer service
My daughter purchased a dress from this site and before 24 hours were up found out she could not attend her prom so we cancelled the order in accordance with their "cancellation policy" which read "Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund". We notified their customer service via email and also cancelled the order on the website but received NO response. Concerned with this we contacted PayPal about the vendor and they filed a dispute. Tidebuy has never responded to our emails and shows our order as disputed and not cancelled on their website, They have also now changed their "cancellation policy" to read 12 hours instead of 24 - however, I made screen shots of their site when I cancelled so I could show Paypal with the dispute. Paypal will refund my money but these guys are CROOKS! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
This site delivered my product 20 days late and the product i received looked nothing like the picture they have on their website. I spent $200 dollars and regret every penny of it. Their number is international so any Americans cant call without paying for long distance.
I bought a prom dress from this site. I read some bad reviews, but I also read some good ones so I gave the site the Benefit of the doubt. The dress arrived and was absolutely horrible! It was not the color I wanted and it did not fit at all, even though I had paid the extra money to get it tailored to fit me. There was also damaging to the dress as well. I wrote tidebuy an email explaining what was wrong with the dress. They then asked for pictures of what was wrong. I sent the pictures and got a return email saying I looked "sexy" and that they saw nothing wrong with the dress. They also stated that if I did later prove that there was something wrong with the dress they would offer me a coupon. Needless to say this is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. There is no real refund policy and this site is a scam. I have 5 other friends that used this site and had the same bad experience! DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE GOOD REVIEWS OF THIS SITE. IT IS PROBABLY THE COMPANY THEMSELVES. THIS IS A ZERO STAR RATING!
This is a big con I ordered a wig in Jan and still waiting for delivery 3 months later. Stay away from this site. Do not use the pay pal option either as I when I asked them to get involved the refused. I cannot say it enough do not used this site or pay pal.
Tidebuy is a complete scam. I'm trying to file a lawsuit against them at the moment. I ordered my wedding dress from them for 281 US dollars. It is completely horrendous- very poor tailoring and the fit is extremely bad, I sent them over 10 pictures proving the faults in the dress. Their customer service team is of very poor experienced and they keep copying and pasting the same sentences in their e-mails- I have sent over 20 e-mails back and forth and they are only ready to give me 20 US dollars in compensation. I even rang them today, but not to surprise- they don't speak English properly! NEVER EVER BUY FROM TIDEBUY!
Please read all rules and regulations from this sight so there are no surprises. I didnt and will not receive my daughters prom dress on time... also I tried to get my money back within the 24 hour time frame but the email service waited until after the ALL OF MY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE time frame was 48 hours in which time I could only receive 17.00 back of a 117.00 dress... you can rip on them all you want but unless you plan on swimming to China, your words fall on deaf ears... The biggest rip off... i cancelled my order within 24 hours after reading bad reviews. They first of all said i was short on my payment by $20 (which i was not) and they said they would only give 10% of my money back? After 24 hours... are they that quick at making them? I am so annoyed
I had to give this review after reading the horrific reviews on Tide Buy. I had ordered my wedding dress and had a major panic after reading the reviews from many Tide Buy customers. The beach wedding dress i ordered was a replica of a $700 designer dress, at a fraction of the price from Tide Buy at just £88.00. Therefore, when the dress arrived i was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product for the small price paid. It is not an exact copy, the fabric lace overlay is not has heavy as shown on the photograph, but all in all i am extremely happy with the dress, its quality and the fit. I would use Tide Buy again and would recommend to friends. Thank you Tide Buy
Ordered my daughter's prom dress on 2/9/12 and as of today, 3/26/12 it still hasn't shipped. When sending emails to them, the responses seem like they are generic. The last email we received after numerous inquiries as to the status of the dress was 'your dress will be shipped out in 2 days' 'don't worry about it'. I sent them another email this morning telling them that it has been almost 2 months and that I am worried about it. I requested that if they couldn't ship the dress out right away that I needed to know and wanted a refund so I could buy her dress elsewhere. We ordered her dress in plenty of time for her prom which is at the end of April. I would NOT recommend buying from them.
HORRIBLE! Bought a dress for my Son's wedding next month. Was to be FREE shipping. Received the dress with an invoice of $69.00 more charged to me. The dress was an absolute disaster. Looked like whoever the seamstress was, never had any sewing experience. Numerous visible flaws. It is awful. I received my order NO. ******* yesterday and to my great disappointment i have to admit the quality of garment is below any standard!
I would like to get a full refund for an item, as its definitely can not be wear in its present condition and im not willing to pay any extra to fix the shortfalls of manufacturer!
You will find attached photos with descriptions:
Desktop1 - sides of top foldings are unevenly done and when garment worn u can see the "gap", which is remain on a top of a dress! Compare numbers 1 and 2 on left and right sides!
Desktop2 - chiffon fabric right next to zipper is not stitched properly and its start loosing threads already!
Desktop3 - this is the MAJOR shortfall! When dress worn and fully zipped the top left side of corset remain out folded (tent to turn the inner side out) and cant be pushed inside as the part of in-build bra is stitched partially to the back of a dress!
Basically chunky piece of bra extended to the back of the dress and its building up a bulb on a back of a dress!
Desktop4 - folding especially on top of a dress are VERY UNEVEN its its dramatically visible! Compare the width of left and right sides folds 1 and 2!
On a right side of a bra cup there is a little overstitching which cause a deformation of a corset when worn - 3!
I have received my wedding dress and it is awful, there are stains on it, dark ones, holes in the dress, marks where the cotton has run, there is a pannel not even sewn up. I have sent pictures and they are not replying to my emails with regards to a refund. The dress is at best a very very cheap replica of the picture massive regrets -
