Customer service Phone number listed on site sent me to a covid 19 hotline. Dress came faster then expected but the two piece dress was tight on the top and two big on the bottom. Does not fit like picture shows. Also it was said to have pockets in the skirt and does not. Over all the material and quality was good.
I purchased something for my wife back in January. I figured 3 weeks should be plenty of time to arrive before valentine's day. Here it is, 2 months later and I still haven't received a thing. Please save yourself a lot of trouble and go to another site.
I ordered my sisters Christmas present the 4th of December and I still have not received her present and its the 30th of December. Very Disappointing and needless to say it was for Christmas... I tried to contact them via email and I tried to call. They emailed me a tracking number that was unable to be tracked and I have emailed them multiple times to tell them It wouldn't let me track my package but no responses. When I tried to call them nobody was on the other line so I stayed on the line for a couple minutes just in case but I ended up hanging up because nobody was there and on top of that I got charged from them for making a long distance call to them. So I don't know how else to get a hold of them... I've tried everything. Very Very dissatisfied with the customer service and just the overall service. I would not recommend ordering off this website unless you want to be GIPD. My purchase wasn't something cheap either it was quite a bit of money and I am very upset about it!
Don't buy anything from here. Ordered a wedding dress off this site since my friend ordered hers on here. Dress looks nothing like the picture, wrong color, cheap material. They ask for basic measurements but don't ask you for every single thing so the dress doesn't even fit my arms. They never asked me for arm measurements. It's too big and too small for me and the top where your boobs go is completely see through! Who would wear something like that?

I spent $200 in maxi dresses in size 2xl only 2 out of 6 fit but you see right through the cheap material. 2 came with half slip you through it too. I ordered a dress and 2 shirts from this company. I placed an order September 20th as of today October 10th I'm still trying to find out where my packages are! I was very hesitant to order from this place. I preferred two dresses at separate times. Both came well before I expected (3 weeks) and both were gorgeous! They are well made and look like the pictures. Highly impressed.

Never buy! Very bad quality. They out fotos of famouse brands on the website, but they send you very poor quality, which is not suitable to what you see on the website. Sizes are 2 times smaller. No quality, no service, no refund!
I ordered a size 6 bridesmaid dress in January that I will wear for a friend's wedding in July. The dress came after more than two weeks and it didn't fit me.So I emailed them to let them know that I want an even exchange for the dress in size 8. They responded and instructed me that I need to pay for the shipping cost of $19 thru paypal which I immediately did and they will ship the size 8 dress once they receive the returned dress in size 6. I returned the dress on the First week of February and paid $35 for shipping at the post office here in the US. Then I received the dress in "size 8" last week of April. Yes it took more than two months of me waiting for that dress and soon as I saw it put from the package, it was the same exact dress that I returned. There was no difference at all in size. I didn't need to try it on to see if it fits me. Such a big disappointment! So be warned not to order ever from them! You are doing yourself a big favor if you wont order from them!
Buyer beware! No refund, very poor quality, I got the dress with hols on it! And the seller answered- we working on out quality control but it's a long process?! Total loss 159$
They show someone else's shoes in their ad, show their address as Los Angeles: ship something that is nowhere close to the ad and that is made from plastic that smells like burninf tires. Then, you must return the shoes to China to get a refund. Impossible when no carrier will accept the package due to bad smell.
I placed orders for 4 items. 2 wraps and 2 gowns back in Feb 2019 shown in the picture. I was planning to wear the gowns to a wedding in March. Only the blue wrap arrived and the other 3 are still missing. I sent them emails numerous times, they kept saying it was already shipped and gave me tracking number with USSF shipping company. But the USSF kept telling me there was only one item that they already delivered the blue wrap. That I need to call Tidebuy. So I contacted Tidebuy again and again and told me to talk to the USSF. Bought a skirt from the taidobuy (in Japanese), which actually tidebuy (if you changed the language to english). Skirt was completely different from what was shown (u can judge yourself from the photos below). Decided to return the skirt right away. Was told to keep the skirt and refund partial to me in 1-2 weeks. In order to save all the troubles, unwillingly settle for the partial refund but even after a month, no refund was made.
