TickPick lets sellers obviously misrepresent parking passes sold and made to look like admission to event complete with fake "section and seat number". A good attorney should get on this for a $$$ lawsuit against TickPick. Parking pass was sold for $98.00 plus tax (near same price as actual tickets to event at time of purchase).
The Parking Pass tickets are sold on TickPick that look like admission to event tickets. The parking passes don't have anything that advertises it as parking and even has a FAKE section, row and even a "seat" number. If you try and get your money back they email respond with "there is no section for seats that exist in venue that matches what is on ticket so the parking pass is valid" and will NOT refund you. It is a scam and a trick. Also the parking pass tickets are priced near the same price as a actual event ticket so it looks valid and the parking pass is sent only 24 hours before event so you have to pay much more for a actual event ticket at that time. TickPick waits until you purchase a new ticket before responding to your email only customer service to let you know you won't get a refund for the obviously misrepresented parking pass. A good attorney should get on this for a $$$ lawsuit against TickPick. YOU can sell cheap parking passes with a fake section, row and seat and not advertise as a parking pass for same price as expensive admission to event and trick people and TICKPICK will let you get away with it.

Although their website states: "Your tickets are 100% covered by TickPick's BuyerTrust Guarantee", they do NOT guarantee undelivered tickets. I received an email 4 days before the event that I would be receiving a "corresponding email" for the transfer of the tickets, however, I never received that email. When I called to ask where my tickets were, they do not know where they were sent. They kept telling me to look on the "Teams account manager Page". However, they could not explain how to get to that page or find the page. They kept telling me they have "proof" the seller transferred the tickets, but could not provide where they sent the them... Very, very frustrating experience!

Seller never sent tickets spent 3hrs on phone with customer service morning of the game with them telling me to keep wanting as they would take care of it. The game the actually started and their only response was they could reimburse me and could not even offer replacements, never will use again there is no buyer protection that they claim. Call finally ended with customer service hanging up on me with no resolution.
I have 49er season tickets. I inadvertently posted an away game at AZ Cardinals stadium. Despite the fact that these seats didn't even exist in this stadium they somehow sold. One of my 2 sales on TIckPick! I don't think they get much traffic. Consider that a buyer usually goes for A+ rated tix by section & consider that this section doesn't even exist at the Cardinals stadium. Personally I think they-TiclPick themselves-prey on sellers that make a mistake so they can extract the ticket price from the seller. They also told me at one point they would only charge me a minimal fee but then decided to screw me for the full amount of the tickets so they will lie to U as well! Over $400 for nothing that was eventually sold. Use them at your own risk. 1 star is an over-rating!
Purchased 2 front row seats to Jimmy Buffett on 9/25/21. Naturally when prices went up the seller was unable (unwanting) to fulfill my confirmed order. Shortly after I got the notice from Tickpick, the same seats I bought were back up for sale on another secondary market. They could have easily bought them and honored the buyer promise. Instead chose to go the cheap route and just refund. This is called short selling, which is illegal. So they not only allow illegal scalping. They lie. And they don't honor their gauruntee.
I purchased tickets on Dec 23,2020 for Billy Joel live in Cincinnati on September 10,2021. The tickets were listed as Field 9 Row A with seats guaranteed together. I received an email from TickPick on September 7,2021, three days prior to the event claiming that the seller was unable to provide the tickets that I had initially purchased and has offered replacement tickets in Section 6 Row S. Needless to say, I was surprised. I replied to the email expressing my disappointment with being notified days prior to the event that the tickets in a prime location on the field as originally paid for and booked were supposedly no longer available due to the seller. In viewing the venue for the event, the replacement tickets listed were listed in a section that does not exist and also no longer guaranteed to be together. When I inquired what could be done regarding my original ticket order, the representative from TickPick named Gilian stated she refunded my payment. I replied asking why there wasn't any attempt to advise the order would be cancelled and refunded before providing clarity on the supposed replacement offer. I am now left without the original tickets purchased last December, as well as the supposed replacement option that disappeared as quickly as it was offered. I've filed a complaint with BBB as well due to the practices demonstrated by TickPick. The original tickets were added to my Apple Wallet and were deemed legitimate until days before TickPick claimed they were no longer valid. I was able to secure tickets using a legitimate source and look forward to attending the concert this evening. As an aside, I have tickets purchased for the Cincinnati Music Festival that was postponed from 2020 to 2021 and again to 2022. I have asked TickPick to refund those tickets because again these are prime seats that I'm now concerned will "no longer be able to be provided" by their seller. It's unfortunate that TickPick does not demonstrate honorable business practices by putting their customers first. I will not use their service again and urge others to consider the numerous legitimate companies available to use without the headache and hassle of my experience.
We will never use TickPick again. Bought tickets to a concert that was postponed over a year ago due to Covid and was unable to attend the rescheduled event due to feeling unsafe with Merriweather's policy. Several people we know are vaccinated and have Covid currently, so we feel that Merriweather's policy isn't fair and that everyone should need to produce a negative Covid test for the safety of everyone attending. We tried to sell the tickets and contact TickPick to obtain a credit or refund but they didn't seem to care. We would have never bought these tickets knowing this policy was in place or tried to sell them a long time ago. Instead we only had a few days to try and sell them with no luck. Ticketmaster was offering refunds with no issue. Pay the extra fees and buy elsewhere. $236 dollars wasted for tickets bought before Covid hit.
If you're trying to buy tickets, you're better off purchasing from the buyer over vivid seats. My ticket was issued 2 hours before the event even though I purchased them 2 months in advance. In order to get someone on the phone, you will be waiting a minimum of a hour. Customer service doesn't offer refunds even if you're ticket is not claimed and they won't allow you to speak to a manager. Stay away, if you have issues with your tickets there won't be anyone to help you.
Bought tickets to a Detroit Tigers gameā¦. When we went through the gate the tickets did not scan, but they ticket usher let me in. I sat in my seats an lo and behold someone showed up with obviously legit tickets (box office) so I had to move. I tried calling - no customer service answering phones - and the email response was - we need to wait for the seller to respond.

I have been trying for 5 DAYS to get a response from your company. I purchased insurance with my tickets. I have yet to receive anything from Allianz and they say they have NO record of it. Ordered Bruno Mars Tickets and 3 hours before show still no tickets. Track on FedEx and it shows tickets will arrive two days after the show happened lol. Call tickpicks and they tell me nothing they can do. It's FedEx fault. Won't refund or replace tickets. Says I have to file a claim with FedEx even though their site says they guarantee ticket delivery with plenty of rime before event. What a joke company.
I ordered tickets on the 19th. Concert is today on the 28th. I paid for the overnight shipping. Tickets still aren't at my house 6 hours before the concert starts. It's completely unacceptable. They told me it was my fault for not telling the seller to send them earlier. They won't issue a refund or replace the tickets and they are putting no fault on the seller. Tickpick is a scam for sporting events. They sold me tickets from the actual MLB site at about a 30% markup, I just didn't know i could get good seats directly and they will find any way out of their bestprice guarantee. Use MLB ballpark or any sport app, tickpick is a scam. Customer service ignores any email reply to object to their excuse out of their own guarantee. Go anywhere else, charged me $95 for tickets that show stadiums original price.
I'm like a lot of people that have had trouble getting my tickets I paid for. That's three times this year already. Shame on me for not learning my lesson before now. The first time I got an email the next day saying that my purchased tickets were not longer available. Tickets had doubled since then. The second time I didn't find out or get any notification on game day that there was going to be a problem. I had to call myself and alert them that there was an issue and that I hadn't gotten my tickets again. How backwards is that? My final issue is that I have been waiting months for my tickets and can't get them to hand them over. I asked for a refund and they said no. Maybe tickpick doesn't have the money but I tell you what, they have lost our business for good. Will be cancelling the charge and hope tickpick enjoys paying the dispute fee as well.
I purchased tickets to the yankees game on 6/1 and was never provided with the tickets. Reached out to customer service before the game. I get a response an hour and a half into the game saying my tickets were delivered to my ticketmaster account which they were not. No response from customer service after that despite my numerous attempts at getting my money back. Also the people at the stadium cannot help bc tick pick is not a verified site. Do not use this site.

I purchased tickets for a concert, covid hit and the concert was eventually cancelled. I had to make numerous attemps to get a refund which eventually happened but was not made easy at all. This was origianlly 1 star review, but as I did get my money back I have now made it 3 stars.

If your listing sells on another platform, you will need to remove the listing from TickPick ASAP to avoid it selling there as well.
