I purchased tickets for a concert, covid hit and the concert was eventually cancelled. I had to make numerous attemps to get a refund which eventually happened but was not made easy at all. This was origianlly 1 star review, but as I did get my money back I have now made it 3 stars.
We purchased two tickets to a football game, with social distancing measures being enforced at the stadium. Unfortunately Tickpick allowed the seller to split its 4 tickets to sell them 2 by 2, therefore having us seat right next to strangers. This is totally unacceptable and against Houston Texans/NFL rules in effect at the game.

Even though the game weather was terrible (low 30's rain/snow mix and winds up to 30 MPH) I still very much enjoyed myself. Ticket buying experience worked perfectly and I had no problems getting into the stadium.

What is there to explain? I got an amazing value on great tickets to the World Series, and got to take a friend, my cousin, and my dad to watch their teams play for it all. In a crazy year, that was one of the highlights for sure.

I bought tickets for an event, on the day of the event the reseller had yet to transfer the tickets. I spoke with customer service and they were able to get me seats to said event at no extra cost. Excellent customer from Tick Pick.

Went with my sons from Indiana to see Chicago Bears at Denver Broncos. Looking for something to do Saturday night and decided on a Rockies game.
