Went with my sons from Indiana to see Chicago Bears at Denver Broncos. Looking for something to do Saturday night and decided on a Rockies game. I bought tickets through your site 9 months ago. The concert never happened but I can't get a refund.
I purchased tickets for Chris Stapleton in Biloxi in March of 2020. The concert was of course delayed and then cancelled due to COVID. Concert now shows a tentative date in fall 2021. I made numerous requests for a refund. When you dont get the service you paid for how can you NOT get a refund. The tickets were over $400. They won't refund because they say it has been delayed not cancelled. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY EXTREMELY UNETHICAL. TICKPICK SUCKS!

I accidentally put in the wrong email and got charged for two sets of tickets
I went to the concert and when my ticket was scanned, it came through as invalid. There was no customer service number that was open to assist on the West Coast. Fortunately, since I had no other choice, I managed to sneak into the concert and sat in the seats that I had purchased, but I missed the first several songs of the set. If you are not going to have customer service available at the time of the concert to manage issues that may arise, you shouldn't be selling the tickets. I will hesitate to purchase from TickPick ever again.

If your listing sells on another platform, you will need to remove the listing from TickPick ASAP to avoid it selling there as well.
