Buying the tickets was easy. Had no issues just wish I didnt have to wait until it got closer to the event to receive my tickets.
I should have an electronic copy of my ticket right away after I purchase it... I still do not have my copy to get into the concert. Not happy
Tried to cancel my order and was told I couldn't but the email asking me to confirm my purchase specifically mentions actions to take if I canceled my purchase so I feel misled and lied to.
It was smooth and easy ordering with TicketsOnSale and I got good price and a confirmation email right away. Although the event I purchased for is not until July, it makes me nervous not to have my actual tickets/QR Code. Maybe they said when I would get it in some correspondence but I couldn't find anything so that makes me nervous. Other than that, they've been great!

I thought i was purchasing tickets from the toledo zoo website. It makes me nervous having to wait until the day before the concert to get the tickets when I had to pay for them right away.
Worried I wouldn't get my tickets and reviews online were not good. But I did receive a ticket transfer via axs mobile app. Let's hope they work when entering the event
It was easy to order but I haven't received my tickets yet so I'm still apprehensive. If I get them soon then it is a five star but if I get them the day if the concert my stress level will be high.
I went through the order process twice because the software did not give me explicit confirmation the first time. I hope have not duplicated my order!
I mistakenly ordered only one ticket instead of 2. Repeatedly called to try and correct this, almost impossible to actually speak to a human. When I finally did, I was told there's no option to cancel the single ticket to instead purchase 2. In fact, they couldn't help me at all which was pitiful. I'll never buy tickets from this terrible business ever again. Thanks for nothing.
Bought 3 tickets on this site. They never said it was in US dollars
I paid over $1000 for 3 tickets in Canadian Dollars! This is ludicrous
I immediately called back and tried to cancel and get a full refund but they wouldn't do it

Everything has worked so far. But I'm not a huge fan of purchasing tickets and then waiting five months for delivery. Always makes me a little nervous.
It was a nice easy experience to purchase tickets however, my confirmation email states i may not get my tickets until a day before my scheduled concert. This is nerve-racking since I have to travel to another state and might not even get my tickets before my event.
I purchased tickets online thinking it was Ticketmaster only to see later that it wasn't.
I wanted to get a refund for the amount the same day and was told that I could not. I made a mistake and still would not refund me.
Also I did not know it was bought in US FUNDS until I seen my bank account.
Also I haven't gotten my tickets, if I bought and already paid, I shouldn't have to wait to receive them.
Kind of disappointed.

I was expecting to just buy my tickets and have them sent to me. The third party thing is new to me here, and its just a little confusing.
When ordering I was given choices of available seats & pricing. Very easy to order. Hopeful that the barcode comes thru before the show since I'll need to present my phone for entry.
