I didn't realize the added fees would increase the price 150%! They weren't shown until the very last page. I clicked 'buy' before I realized, and even though I immediately called, y'all have a 'all purchases are final' policy, so I couldn't get my refund. I'm never getting tickets via y'all again, and I'm wary of getting tickets to anything b/c of this kind of crap!
This site is a scam and highly recommend never using it. They disguise themselves as Ticketmaster to lure people to buy tickets from them instead of direct to source purchasing. It's secondary market ticket site. I was scrolling and accidentally hit purchase and placed an order. I immediately called customer support to cancel, only to be denied any sort of recompense. DO NOT USE this fraudulent company. Buyer Beware.

I was in a hurry thinking I was on ticketmaster and purchased tickets. When I got the email confirmation I realized it was not ticketmaster, absolutely my fault. I paid twice as much for my tickets. Customer service would not cancel the order. Will never return to this scam.
There is alot of pop ups and when paying they never show you what's being charged. My price shot up to over $600 and I did not know until I got my email. Not happy
