Too confusing - just need to find the tickets & had to go through several screens. Ticketmaster is easier.
I purchased a spot for the parking garage next to our event. The email conformation was for the parking garage. When I received the parking pass it was for a parking lot. There was no security window to check in with and the ticket we received had the original owners information and not ours. So I worried the whole time in our event that we would get towed as we had no one to check in with like at the garage to prove we did buy a parking pass.
It is also very frustrating to pay the price we did for the garage to get placed in a parking lot further away.
I was happy with the price of the tickets, plus the seller responded quickly.
