I paid 7x the amount that my daughter's boyfriend paid for the same ticket. His was $39 ours was $285. I dont think others should be allowed to sell tickets like this on your site.
It was easy to choose the concert, number of tickets I was buying, and put in my payment and info, but then I did not get the tickets, first I had to get the axs app then I couldn't find the tickets, so I had to call customer service. The guy told me were to go to find my tickers
Despite what your support says, when I placed my order it told me Section, Row and Seats. When I received my tickets Section and Row were correct but Seats were not. I have a screen shot from your website when I ordered the tickets, and I based part of my decision on the seat location.

I tried to confirm the purchase and view confirmation on Ticketmaster using the email address I used to purchase the tickets and I cannot get into the system. I am starting to worry I was scammed.
I will contact the Illinois Commerce Commission, the FTC, and the BBB to see if I can get resolution.
The parking ticket I ordered won't ship until late April. They should ship right away!
