Made a mistake ordering from this site, contacted them within 10 minutes of the sale and was told that I had no option to cancel the order even though the tickets had not yet been purchased. It felt like a very deceptive purchase system

I have done everything Axs has suggested, filed two reports asking for help and now no response on Sept 1. The Axs app has not allowed me to sign up to sign in. So going to the event hoping that my digital trail will be enough confirmation. Incredibly frustrating experience that I cannot access the tickets I paid for.
Buying and uploading the parking was easy peasy…however allowing people to buy parking tickets in bulk to then re-sell at a higher price should be illegal. Not cool, man.
