I did not get an actual cost i would be charged before making my purchase. I would have went another route rather than getting charged an extra $400 for our tickets!
I believed I was ordering from the venue. I did not realize that my single ticket, which is only $37.25, would end up being $80.46 on my confirmation letter without any itemization. I immediately called regarding the overcharge and asked to cancel altogether. I was told that there were no refunds and I would not get an explanation for fraudulent overcharge. I immediately called my credit card and PayPal. PayPal says to try merchant directly, which I already have to no avail. Amex has flagged it, and it is up to me to send receipts, which I have done. This company, if indeed legitimate, would not have overcharged me and would have certainly immediately rectified the issue.
I hate hidden fees. Just put it in the price or show an estimated price after fees.

Overall, it was good except I do not recall being notified of the extra charges for processing and taxes prior to purchase. The fees and taxes totaled as much as one of the two tickets purchased.

I got 3 charges and credits in my bank account. Really hope I am not being charged 3 times. Waiting for the bank to update so if I know this is going to be an issue or not.
