You ticketing system is not consumer friendly. Axs has a great model and is easy to use… your system has confusing follow up emails that say I haven't purchased my tickets even though you sent a confirmation. Also the only way I could purchase tickets was through the Apple Pay. All other ways got redirected and wouldn't let me buy tickets.
