The company's reputation is mixed, with customers appreciating the user-friendly interface and timely responses from support staff, indicating a generally positive service experience. However, significant concerns arise regarding transparency in pricing, as many users report unexpected fees and difficulties in obtaining ticket delivery information. Complaints about the cancellation process and perceived fraudulent practices further detract from customer trust. While some customers express satisfaction with their purchases, the overall sentiment suggests a need for improved clarity in pricing and communication to enhance customer confidence and satisfaction.

I should have received tickets right away. What gives?
I received my tickets but did not realize that they were valid, as I had never seen a bar code with moving lines crossing it back and forth. (Surely I am not the only one who had never seen one!) The box surrounding it also contained a warning that screen shots would not be accepted, which made me distrust it even more. I tried to contact the help line (close to but not after the night-time end) but was stopped by my utter inability to reach a human. I tried the chat option, but after I had typed out my problems in detail, I received a request to give my name, which I did. I then (at 3 minutes BEFORE the end of the time slot) received a message saying the were closed and goodbye,
Overnight, I struggled to get an account, which the email said I might need but did not offer temporary credentials or any other advice about how to get one. When I eventually got one (I think), I was told that I had to have Firefox on my phone, so I dutifully downloaded Firefox in place of my usual Safari. When I then tried to open my tickets, I found the same moving lines on the bar code of one of them, while the other had disappeared!
The following morning, I was surprised to see that the missing ticket had reappeared. I was actually able to speak with a human, who assured me that the moving bar codes were valid. She was kind and reassuring, but I still had trepidation that the tickets for which I had paid over $400 would be rejected at the auditorium entrance. Fortunately, they were not, and I enjoyed my program,
My advice:
1) Offer an explanation of bar codes with moving lines in your email, so that those of us who have never seen them are not confused.
2) Make it easier to reach a real human during the hours when your help is supposed to be available (pressing 0 on my phone was of no use at all)
It was easy to get tickets on short notice, which I appreciated.
I was able to find great seats for my son'r 18th dbay and the transaction took minutes to complete. The tickets are already in his Apple Wallet.
Tickets were high, tried to get refund being we are Senior Citizens on fixed income! No refund given so we will never order again from this site!
The website was easy to use. Confirmation email came quickly. However, there is no information on how and when the electronic tickets will arrive.
Easy to purchase. I contacted the venue to make sure they were the tickets 🎟 & code to get in the night of the event.
Satisfactory. Can I get the tickets a few days ahead in case of any mix up
Ordering was fine. Got the confirmation. Then got emails to confirm the confirmation…just to do this survey. I hate surveys. Thumbs up already. Enough of the participation award coddling. It seems any emails or calls you get with complaints should suffice for gauging how you're doing.
I am having to store my tickets in my "drive" and hope they'll accept them at the venue because there is no way to get them into my Apple Wallet from your site.
Would have liked to have seen a seating chart with defined rows and seat numbers rather than just sections of seats. Was a smooth process and appreciated the option to use my credit card rather than PayPal.
Would have liked to have seen actual seating chart with seat numbers and locations.
My experience was great. This is the first time I've used this app.
Didn't realize they're a third party vendor, saw negative reviews after my purchase and wanted to cancel it. Spoke with them and they stated the cannot cancel the order!
I tried to contact you about the fact I had been charged in US dollars and did not get a response through email. I tried the online support and provided personal info and then was disconnected. I filed a dispute with my credit company as I did see anywhere that this purchase was in US dollars. I did get the difference back to my account but feel I have to check every transaction for accuracy.
Received strange error messages when trying to download on iphone. Impossible to get help via app. All of the help emails were totally useless. I dont know what happened to this app/website. Was able to download on ipad.
Thought I was in StubHub but come to find out I was using your website instead to purchase the tickets. With all the scams that take place these days it was a little nerve racking. Customer service was good and I got my tickets with the SeatGeek app.
This site was user friendly. And full of good FAQ's. Two minor (but frustrating) downsides: 1) you cannot print out or access your tickets until the day before the show. Would have been safer just to go ahead and print them now, and 2) they don't include the actual seat numbers, so you apparently don't know if there are four seats together until the day before the show (that's an unnecessary worry when you paying tickets prices above $400).
Easy to navigate! But…did not like the ticking clock. When you are spending $2000 on tickets you should not be "on the clock"! Very disappointing and totally unnecessary.
Answer: Terrible do not use this company, you will not get your tickets or your refund
Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
