It was very easy to use this site. I'm pretty sure I over paid for the tickets. But I really just am glad I got tickets and can go!

Super easy, and price was so much better than ticketmaster

Price gouged on tickets. Lesson learned, won't use Ticketsonsale again.
Don't mind anyone making a profit, but almost 4 times face value is a bit much.

I've received multiple "this is not your ticket" emails and many "have you received your confirmation email" emails - is the first one my confirmation?!

Did it on the bus over my data, ran smoothly and was very pleased by the website. I didn't like how many emails total there were though I think I got 5-6.

Everything went perfect but I did not realize when I used this company/site for the first time they were a resale entity. I received a quick email confirmation and will hope all goes smooth with the final mobile ticket transfer!

I purchased my tickets and expected them right away. I find it weird that I can't get my tickets till the day before the concert.

I am a little nervous because I have to wait until December to get my actual tickets but the process has seemed very smooth so far.

The tickets prices are in USD, while the event is taking place in Canada. The website did not specify this. The tickets were already higher than retail, plus the exchange rate was added. The tickets cost me at least double, if not more than what they were being sold for.
Hoping the tickets arrive on time. Have read reviews where they are not delivered to inboxes on time.

Tickets way overpriced! I could have bought these for $80 Canadian from Ticketmaster. These cost $161 Canadian! So double the amount! Rip off!

I either have the ticket or not no need for insurance, no specifics on where my seat is in that section that be pretty easy to do like in a drawing of the seat section?

I give 3 stars for pretty good! The event tickets come later closer to event! The only thing I had to do is respond to notifications I received confirmation email. I clicked yes, and it lead me to this review. I feel once the transfer of tickets happens, I can't give 5 stars yet!

Buyer beware. Ticketsonsale was first showing up on my social media feed. I mistook this site for Ticketmaster in my rush to purchase, believing the event would sell out fast. I bought and paid TWICE as much as venue was charging. My bad. Buyer beware.
