The delivery of tickets was awesome. My only concern is that I was required to load Rockets App, and then additionally had to load AXS where the tickets are accessed.
We recently purchased tickets through Tickets On Sale to the Emmylou Harris Grahem Nash Interlochen concert... not only was the process straight forward but we were able to get our electronic ticket access uploaded on to our phones with no glitches so everything was simple... and completed in easy to understand steps...
Your website is designed to give purchasers a false sense of urgency by misleading them into thinking tickets are selling out quickly when in fact they aren't even on sale yet. That's a pretty dishonest way of doing business. I will NEVER use your service again.
I purchased the ticket believing the price was in CAD, as the website did not clearly indicate that charges were in USD. I contacted customer support immediately after the purchase while the transaction was still processing to request a cancellation, but my request was denied. Due to the lack of pricing transparency and inability to cancel promptly, I have filed a merchant dispute.
It was easy to place the order I just hope that there are no issues after wards like not getting the tickets on time for the event
Ok, first time buying concert tickets ever. Don't like not knowing WHEN I get the tickets especially after paying $487 for 2 tickets. Needed to add a ticket for stepdaughter and because I don't know my seats, had to guess at her seat on Ticketmaster, which gave me the ticket immediately but the QR code doesn't show until almost the concert. A lot of anxiety in not having the ticket at all as opposed it knowing I have the ticket. Will always use Ticketmaster especially since one ticket was $120 and not $244 for the same section and row.

Purchasing the tickets was easy but be careful because I am in Canada and purchased tickets for a Canadian event and I paid for my tickets in US dollars. So I ended up paying and extra $300. That was a lot considering my tickets were already worth over $700.
Everything was in order except for the acceptance of the civil code, which is located on the back of the credit or debit card. All of the information is correct, but for some reason it didn't accept the cvv code. Eventually I did get the ticket, but ut was a difficult process.
