When you go on Ticketmaster and you can't buy tickets and you go on this site thinking you're buying them directly from Indian Ranch and then you get the actual ticket and it's a quarter of the price really sucker punk
In this website show me the price for concert tickets 101 American dollars but the real ticket price was 75 Canadian dollars. I never book tickets again from this website
There was nothing simple about this APP. And the email says you MUST download the app to get your tickets, which didn't work. When trying to get assistance by phone, the automated system was horrible, and I just went round and round! I don't even know how I managed to find a person, but they gave me ANOTHER phone # and I ended up waiting over an hour to talk to someone. This young lady was very nice, helpful and patient. When all was said and done, she could not figure out the why, so I asked. Is there any way to get these tickets without going through all this. And You wouldn't believe what she said! All we had to do is go to the box office and pick them up. Pure frustration for 3 hours to find out how simple it could have been.
Thought site was a different site. It is very misleading, over priced and a scam. I should have been able to cancel my purchase when I tried to a minute later. I will never purchase through you guys again. And you know you are a scam.

Awkward, but successful. Had to download MLB app, create account, click on tickets, then sign into ticket master to finally get the tickets.

The only improvement would be to get and keep an app. Access icon on my Android Smartphone screen in the same manner as the M. L. B. Ballpark App., instead of needing to go through an e-mail folder.
I keep getting request to confirm whether I received my electronic tickets. When I click on the link, it gives me this damn customer satisfaction survey. I bought them from ticketsonsale.com and for some reason they dont have a receipt or proof of purchase from the previous buyer that was selling them so I guess ill have to drive 7 hours to figure it out π€· just so everyone knows ticketmaster.com is legit and much much cheaper.
Ive received a couple of emails entitled "delivery confirmation" but I've not actually received to tickets 1 of my early emails informed me I wouldn't receive the tickets until the day before the show. I hoping that the tickets actually get sent.

I ordered a ticket, and it listed the wrong person's name on the email ticket. I don't know why, but I was let in anyway. I noticed the show was not even close to being sold out, so I asked all people around me how much they paid for their ticket. They said between $25-$30 with fees. I paid $75.50!

After I bought the 3 tickets for just under $315 I realized I could have gotten all 3 tickets for about $155 total through Stub Hub instead. I will not be buying tickets here again, that is a ridiculous resale value. My fault for jumping at the urgency the site created saying there were only 34 tickets left, I should've shopped around. I did receive the ticket transfer quickly unlike some other reviews I've heard that didn't receive until day before show, or not received at all.
Instead of sending several emails, including an email stating this is not your ticket, can you just send a single email with the ticket?
I ordered one pair of tickets and have received no less than 10 emails since then; one week ago. On top of that the face value of my tickets is $56, but paid >$200. Not the best experience.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
